El personal de recepción en especial la chica rubia que lleva aquí bastante tiempo, detalles increíbles que hacen volver. Hay gente que hace del hotel una familia y eso hace que volvamos un año tras otro. La animación también es digno de mención

We arrived late on a Monday night, check in was easy and reception explained everything and were really friendly. When my daughter and her family got to their room they requested a travel cot which was missing. A bed was removed and replaced by a travel cot. Considering this was at 10pm showed us how helpful staff were. Very impressive! Food was then provided for all late arrivals, another great touch. We had a fantastic week! Rooms cleaned daily, hotel spotless. The restaurant would help us find a table for six and if busy would set up a table for us. Food for everyone’s tastes and show cooking a great little touch. The pool was opened around 8:15 so no early starts for sunbeds. Most were taken but we always found somewhere. The free coach to the nearby beach was also great. The sand dunes were great fun and definitely worth a visit. The town had great restaurants and everyone friendly too. As a family of 6 we had a fantastic time, met some lovely families and had amazing fun with Johnny who tried so hard to make sure animation provided a great time for everyone. Fabulous memories, we couldn’t recommend enough.

Bel hôtel, très déçus de l’attitude de certaines personnes qui sous couvert de "all inclusive" gaspillent de la nourriture à tout va, il faudrait trouver une solution pour leur faire payer lorqu'il y a vraiment de l'abus comme une assiette pleine gâchée comme nous avons pu voir certaines fois... Sinon, les animations du soir sont de qualités.

We are here now, great hotel and animation team are amazing. Food is great,pool lovely. Evening entertainment is really good. Going to barbecue tonight so looking forward to that. All in we would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families

Good Entertainment and good food, the room is good. I liked the personell and they were nice, the drinks where plentifull and i enjoyed the bar. The all inclusive had good food. I would recomend. The pool was nice but it was kinda could because to has no heating.

Muy lindo el hotel y la animación muy buena y la gente que trabaja acá es muy amable. 10/10 experiencias!!! La comida también está muy buena. Las piezas siempre están limpias y buenas con ningún problema. El hotel está muy muy bueno. Con muchas actividades todo los días!!!

Nice hotel to stay rooms could be better with decor and furniture's. Balcony view at the back needs much improving that was our main downfall as there were skips bins where staff take their trollies and items for breaking etc. Other than this we enjoyed mirador

Los trabajadores son muy amables y simpáticos, se nos ha tratado muy bien. Todos los servicios son muy buenos excepto la limpieza de habitaciones que podría mejorar mucho. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el buffet es muy bueno y hay comida de calidad.El unico problema es que en la piscina de adultos de la parte de abajo hay muchos niños que impiden nadar.

El equipo de animación del hotel espectacular. Tremendo coreógrafo q tenéis, bailarines y personal q está atento a q el cliente esté a gusto. Llevamos diez años volviendo pq nos sentimos muy cómodos, relajados y nos divertimos todos los días. Mil gracias x tener un equipo de trabajadores top.

Great place. It’s a hidden gem in reality and the value for money is second to none. Staff are friendly and the reception are always there to help and assist in anyway that they can. The cleaners are so good at there job keeping the rooms and outdoors areas clean and tidy.

Lots of guests, even for the season. All in all it gets a big okay. Problems: 1. the safe which you have to pay for gave us more problems than it was worth. I was very difficult to use successfully, we could not use the first time we tried, then we had to get a special code from the dest...twice. Have used many in-room safes in many countries over the years. This one was a pain. 2. the general noise level is what you must expect for a family hotel. Not bad, just one of the reasons they have 3 instead of 4 stars. 3. they provided a room on the lowest floor, which I had requested and they provided. However there were over 25 to 30 steps to negotiate, which for me is strange for the lowest floor. And they caused me pain. 4. the dining experience was chaotic. Rude guest pushing by you, stepping in front of you...not the hotels fault. 5. as with most venues over 20 years old, cracks, peeling paint, etc...normal for Spain On the good side, 1. the food was plentiful and a varied. Not Cordon Bleu, but no complaints. 2. We were able to eat outside the dining area on two evenings for barbeque. Quite nice, ask about it as it was unclear how guests found out about it- You need to book a table, no extra cost. The staff was friendly all over, but it seemed especially so here. 3.most of the guests preferred the sunbeds, which were plentiful, but did not use the pool that much, so I was able to swim short laps with no hassle. The pool was okay. 4. many rooms, as did ours, had nice balcony. table and 4 chairs and two sunbeds, though it required some manoeuvring.

Bruyant , mal situé .. j’ai trouvé que cet établissement n’était pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Par contre nos amis ayant une chambre quadruple c’était plus rentable

Retour hier d'un séjour d'une semaine. Du très bien, mais aussi du moins bien. Le personnel de l'accueil est très sympathique ( et francophone) Chambres très propres et spacieuses, repas copieux et très variés (point fort de l'hôtel ). Par contre une partie du personnel, particulièrement un certain Rachid, sont des anti-français notoires et très mal-aimables. Autre point faible : les animations pour les francophones. Aucun animateur ne parle français, et les animations sont minimalistes et s'arrêtent d'un coup, puis plus rien.... Ayant loué 3 voitures (nous étions 17), la situation près d'une bretelle d'autoroute nous a permis de visiter une grande partie de l'île. Globalement hôtel qui mérite ses 3 étoiles, mais pas plus, notamment pour la clientèle française......

Decidimos seleccionar el Dunas Mirador para un daypass entre amigas (15 en total). SOLO PODEMOS DAR LAS GRACIAS al GRAN EQUIPO humano que trabajan en el hotel, a todos y cada uno. Desde el primer momento que contacté con Auxi para solicitar asistir a pasar el día en el hotel, todo fue rodado, una mujer cercana, profesional y que nos brindó una atención inmejorable, pasando por recepción, restaurante, bar piscina, animación... No hay absolutamente nada negativo que decir. Una gran experiencia que pronto volveremos a repetir sin duda. Gracias a todo el equipo de Dunas Mirador.
