"The reception staff were very kind and the check-in and check-out process was very pleasant. 😊 We stayed as a family of three, and the room was clean and comfortable. If I had to nitpick, perhaps because we were a family, I felt that it would have been better if the room lighting was a little brighter, in addition to the indirect lighting."

"It’s a 6 mins walk from Masuda train station and also a 4 mins walk to Lawson. Behind Lawson, that’s the restaurant street but please book in advanced . I see many Japanese and including myself cannot find a seat in any izakaya restaurants at around 6:15pm on Sat night. The restaurant size is small, so, cater for locals. I think . The public bath in hotel is good, it also has a cold bath (16 degree) and a sauna. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. You get discounted beer and food is reasonably priced and taste. Room is spacious ."

"Surprisingly, a modern hotel in a remote area offers services. The rooms are simply designed, and there's ample space to relax after enjoying the hot springs. Washing machines and dryers are available for travelers. A Kowloon Walled City map was found in the lounge area. It's about a five-minute walk from the station, and checking out is as simple as leaving your room key. The hotel staff speaks Mandarin and Vietnamese. The restaurant offers all-day dining."

"The onsen is an absolute highlight. The rooms I nicely decorated and the futa mattress is pretty soft and nice. You have to be walk 3km from the train station and at least 1km from the nearest bus stop, which is pretty ruthless especially when it’s dark outside. But at least there are proper sidewalks."

"الفندق يقدم افطار مجاني. مكان الاقامه في الطابق ١- صاله ومطاعم. الاسعار جدا مرتفعه. لان المحطة بها القليل من المطاعم حيث انها محجوزه او محجوزه فقط. لا يوجد مكان اخر لتناول الطعام في الصباح. وهذا امر مهم جدا! النظافة خاصة! حتى لو كانت المبيتات تقوم بتنظيف الغرف يوميا!"

"The bath is clean and has a nice atmosphere, and the shampoo and body soap are not cheap-looking. The view is amazing. The breakfast has a homemade feel to it and is a little different. However, the parking lot is in the countryside, so 700 yen is a bit of a concern. It would be nice if they could casually include it in the accommodation fee!"

"Only breakfast was included, and it was delicious. There was no dinner, so we went to a nearby izakaya. The owner of the izakaya said that he used to hold a lot of banquets here. I heard that the cook is no longer available for some reason. The inn itself had received awards and plaques from travel agencies. It was clean and nice. The hot springs were also good. I thought it would have been even better if dinner had been included. The people from Iwami who joined us at the izakaya were very friendly and fun."
