Excellent location and view of the Taal mountain and volcano. The service was ok apart from the waiting time for food. Waited for over 30 minutes for salad and bbq chicken and then we get told that it wasn’t available, instead of telling us from the start. The food quality overall was poor for what I have eaten in the Philippines. The facilities where very good especially the pool.

Located next to Lake Ta’al, this place is a true hidden paradise. We ate dinner on a beautiful outdoor terrace with stunning views of the still steaming Ta’al volcano. The service was friendly and the food delicious. We’ll be back and will try the rooms!

Taal view - 5/5 one of the best views Accessibility- 0/5 not for people who are on wheelchairs. Many steep stairs Location- 5/5 easy to find Food -5/5 delicious food for the price! The sinaing na tulingan was super sulit Staff- 5/5 very attentive Parking - 3/5 limited parking space- staff called us twice to move the car so other verhicles can get put of the resort Rooms -4/5 best balcony view has basic toiletries, no hotel slippers but not an issue Pool - 4/5 a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool but facing a majestic view of taal lake Love the bali vibes and the other parts of the resort like the swing and deck. An hour before check out nag brown out and they have no generator. Which is weird. Overall, still a great experience. Super relax because of the great weather and view! Perfect place to enjoy nature and chill.

I had one of the most peaceful and relaxing weekends ever here at The Villas! Everything was amazing, especially the view and the food. The service was great as well! Sir Vergel was incredibly warm and pleasant, he was very accommodating the entire time we were there. Also special thanks to Ms. Ellaine, Ms. Lea, Sir Marwin, and Sir Mark for making our staycation worth the long drive from Manila. I will absolutely be back!!!

My husband and I randomly checked-in to their hotel and we chose the lake view room. It was clean and big. The view was really beautiful and noticeable as the large windows are just positioned right at the front of the bed. Even they did not have their own spa, they managed to arrange a relaxing massage service which was done in our own room. The king bed was spacious enough to have a couple’s massage. The food in their restaurant were also delicious and surprisingly cheap considering the cozy ambiance. But what we loved most during our stay —- the good quality service of their staff. They’re attentive and polite. Hopefully, same customer service is provided in all your branches. If yes, that will be truly commendable. This is a place that we will visit again if we want a break from the busy city life. Thanks to the whole team and all the best!
