"I recently stayed at Wingston A TreeHouse Hotel Govardhan and overall had a comfortable experience, especially considering the limited availability of good hotels in Govardhan. The hotel offers on-site parking, which is quite convenient for travellers arriving by car. The room was decent — the AC was working well, and all TV channels were active, which added to the comfort of the stay. One thing to note is that the water is not sweet, but I understand this is a common issue in Govardhan and not specific to the hotel. There were also frequent light fluctuations, which could be a bit inconvenient at times. The room did not have a mini fridge, which would have been a useful addition. The staff was generally courteous and helpful. However, the experience at reception could be improved — Mona, in particular, could be more polite and customer-friendly in her approach. Breakfast options were satisfactory, with a decent variety to start the day. Overall, a good stay given the location, with a few areas where the hotel can improve its guest experience."

"The hotel is situated at a very good location, near to the new bus stand cum muti level parking, just half a kilometre from the Daan ghati temple. The room size was pretty good and equipped with a TV and a kettle. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast spread was also excellent. The only negative point was that bed linen was not fresh and was pre-used and we had to request for a change of linen. For some inexplicable reason, this is an omnipresent problem in Indian hotels upto 3 star quality."
