"very bad experience. we were forced to stay in a room which was a lesser grade room than what we had booked. our booked room (luxury room) was given to some other customer. to add to this, the hotel room didn't have hot water available (in december climate)...hot water plant was not working. buckets of hot water were supplied on complaining and reminding. heater wasn't working in the room, the electric cables were broken ones...had to call an electrician to connect. bathroom accessories were in a bad condition..jet spray holder wasnt there. an hour went in getting all these fixed. breakfast spread was very limited and was of average grade. coconut chutney with no coconut in it. complete lack of coordination between management and front end staff. suggest to avoid staying there. only good point is the location..it is very close to krishna janmashtan temple."
