非常不滿意。酒店本身在鳥不拉屎的村裡，附近沒吃的，廚房不給用，多些攜程幫忙溝通。然而最後還是不給用廚房。還有。晚上洗澡沒熱水，早上才有。考慮這家酒店的都略過吧

My 1st stay at the guesthouse was wonderful, the room was very tidy and the staff very friendly. Although I loved my 1st stay there I got disappointed thrice. The 1st time room 3 was dusty, looked like it hasn't been cleaned for days. The second time I booked well in time only to find the room given to another client without notifying me. The third time I had booked room 4 unfortunately the bedding was dirty.

Cute little place outside of Maun
Cute little place a bit outside of Maun. I got the best service, help and advice from Taboka in the staff. She arranged things I could never have come up with on my own. Thank you!

I had a problem with dozens of bugs, mosquitos, flies, even a big sicada in my room. My rate was excellent, 35 dollars a night, and I would have stayed there if it had not been for the insects. Everything else in the room worked perfectly fine and the staff was helpful and they have 24 hour security. Unfortunately, due to the bugs, I had to move to a different hotel in Maun.

The place itself is nice and clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly (just one lady during the day and security guard at night).
The location is a bit secluded and no where near the location stated on **********. They have it in the city centre which is the main reason why i chose to stay there but in actual fact the location is on the outskirts along a dirt track, off the main road to the east of the river.
