Nice location and good activities Service and room are so so They do some renovation so we have people sit in front of our door all the time. Shouldn’t sell the room that not completely done

Sehr schönes Hotel, gepflegt und sauber. Die Angestellten sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war richtig schön und wir wären gern länger geblieben. Ich kann lange suchen um zu meckern, finde aber keinen einzigen Punkt. Das Hotel hat uns nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen.

My stay at Shandrani Beachcomber hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. All the staffs were very nice and friendly to us throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Special thanks to the housekeeping team (Mr Boodena, Mrs Anjanee, Mr Paul, Mr Akilesh and Mr Shiam) for decorating our room for our honeymoon which was amazingly beautiful! The view from my balcony was breathtaking. Room service was prompt, all thanks to Mr Ravin and the food was high quality and outstanding service. We are truly grateful to Mrs.Nawsheen, Mr Malia, Mrs Roshni from Porte Vecchio, Mr Raj, Mr Dassoo and his team from Sirius restaurant. Mr. Vanessen Goorapah and his team from blue bay bar. We would also like to thanks Raneeta from beachcomber boutique for her warm hospitality at the boutique and all the baggage handlers specially Mr Ricardo and the whole team for their amazing service! In addition, we appreciate Mrs Irene, Mrs Shirley, Mrs Amrita and Miss Alison for the incredible massage at the Spa! The concierge provided excellent recommendations that made my trip memorable. Thanks to Mrs Isabelle from guest relations and Jayshree Canoo from reservation team who was very supportive and appreciative throughout our stay at Shandrani! Special appreciation to Patrick from sport center who was very humble and informative. We will definitely recommend Shandrani Hotel to all honeymooners as it was the best and unique experience we had! We can't wait to return back soon. Big thanks to each and every employees at Shandrani hotel! You guys are the best.

We had a wonderful stay at Shandrani Beachcomber! The food was excellent, especially at Ponte Vecchio and the Asian buffet at Le Grand Port – so many tasty options and great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The spa was absolutely fantastic – relaxing and beautifully done. We also really enjoyed the stunning views, the beautiful pool, and all the fun sports activities available. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a bit of everything. Highly recommended!

It's always nice to see all the familiar faces. Friendly staff. It's still the best place to snorkel in Mauritius. I'm sure the fish cried when I left Shandrani. I stay the whole time snorkeling. Enjoy the services on the beach!!! See you after the renovations!! Can't wait. Liza de Andrade

Excellent hotel we are planning on going back next year to see all the renovations which they are doing at the moment All the staff are so friendly and very helpful Over all I would recommend this hotel I would recommend not going in may as the weather was not great

Beautiful location w 4 bays and swimming areas. Even on windy days - there are protected and secluded areas. Great helpful staff and all water sports activities included. Markely got me windsurfing after one lesson. Great instructor! Private spa with various treatments. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Airport 10 min away. I was worried about airplanes noise. But it’s actually fun to see them fly low and it’s only a couple a day - not really noticeable.

Mackensy pour son accueil et sa générosité, Thierry Carré pour les animations et ce show orchestré par des danseurs/danseuses et musiciens incroyables, Bernard à la réception et bien sûr Jean-francois Andy nos capitaines et bien d’autres qui ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable !

The sole reason for my 5 stars rating is Abhishek from the animation/sports , my kids were literally super duper happy by his presence in the volley polo last saturday . being a mauritian, it is difficult to mingle with the foreigners , but with such a professional approach by the sports team , you just play along . i wanted to make the day special for my boy as it was his birthday and genuinely abhishek made it easy for me, so i wanted to thank him wholeheartedly. Coming to the rooms , it was neat and beautiful , the foods were very good . Last friday night was awesome, we ask the dj to play some sega , in general it was a blast. 😇Krishty

We had a very nice time during our family trip. The hotel is beautiful—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for. A special thank you to Christian, Bullaye, Luvkhush, Sanjoo, Laurianne, Sajeed, the and the entire Sirius restaurant team for going above and beyond—you really made our stay extra special. We’d happily come back again and would definitely recommend this place!

The resort is beautiful. The staff are friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The rooms are perfect for sharing. The rooms are cleaned daily and you have your own private balcony to enjoy. It was a wonderful experience for me. Wish I had an extra day to take it all in. Loved every moment.

What a stunning hotel. We arrived before the official check in time of Shandrani Beachcomber Resort. The staff was so accommodating. They stored our luggage and back packs for us, assisted us with beach towel cards and directions to where we can change into our swimming gear if we wanted to laze around at the pool or make use of the huge array of watersport. What is very nice at any Beachcomber Resort is that their All Inclusive plan starts from your arrival to your departure from their resorts. You can then still enjoy meals and drinks even before you are checked in. I really liked this. Shandrani Resort is situated very close to the Blue Bay Marine Park and snorkeling is a must. We saw such a variety of fish. It was amazing. We tried out water skiing aswell and being in a bit of a bay was great as the water was not very choppy. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a Superior Room with a balcony and had sea facing rooms. Just sitting outside looking out over the sea and sipping on your water was such an experience. Their restaurants were very nice, and we had dinner at their specialty restaurant called Le Sirius. I can recommend this restaurant. The staff at Shandrani Beachcomber resort was also great and very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Ashven assisting us. I wish I took every opportunity to take down the names of the staff, but being there for only one night made it so difficult. We are already planning our holiday for next year and we will be staying over longer at Shandrani. Thank you again for all your hospitality and spoils.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à l’hôtel, dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. Tout était au rendez-vous : confort, propreté, qualité des services et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué notre expérience, c’est la qualité humaine et professionnelle du personnel. Christophe, le coach sportif, a su rendre nos matinées dynamiques, motivantes et pleines de bonne humeur. Il s’adapte à tous les niveaux et transmet son énergie avec passion et gentillesse. Un vrai rayon de soleil chaque jour ! Nous tenons également à remercier Yashvin, coach sportif, pour sa patience, son professionnalisme et son dynamisme. Il a su nous faire travailler en profondeur, notamment le cardio, toujours dans la bonne humeur et avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Ses séances étaient à la fois intenses et accessibles, parfaitement adaptées à notre niveau. Grâce à lui, nous avons repoussé nos limites en douceur et avec plaisir ! Un immense merci également à Laurent, le responsable de la salle de sport, qui a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours attentif, à l’écoute et soucieux de notre confort, il a fait de son mieux pour nous proposer des activités variées, adaptées à nos envies et à notre niveau. Son implication, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ont largement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. On sent chez lui une vraie passion pour le bien-être des clients et une envie sincère de faire plaisir. Merci Laurent pour ta présence discrète mais précieuse ! Un grand merci aussi à Thierry, le manager des loisirs, pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Toujours présent avec le sourire, il venait régulièrement s’assurer que tout se passait bien pour nous. Ses conseils ont été très utiles pour organiser nos journées et profiter au mieux des activités proposées. Son sens du service et sa bienveillance font vraiment la différence. Merci Thierry pour l’attention constante et labonne humeur !
