The Oberoi Beach Resort, Mauritius

好像還沒有中國人點評，我如實點評一下吧。這次去毛里求斯住了三個酒店，歐貝羅伊，四季，JW 萬豪。價格都差不多，歐貝羅伊是最失望的，最差的。親子設施形同虛設，小童樂園臟亂差，下午四點就下班，沒有任何親子活動，房間連小童浴袍都不提供。後來搬到四季和JW萬豪，那邊小童樂園的親子活動從早到晚，真的令人感動。如果帶孩子去毛里求斯，一定要避開歐貝羅伊

The Oberoi Mauritius has been by far the best hotel that we have stayed, this comment is made based on traveling across the world and not limited to travels in Mauritius. The staff paid careful attention to satisfying our every need and personal food requests that were happily accommodated by the hotel’s chef. Having fallen ill while traveling, the hotel doctor was readily available for a consult and prescribed medication within a timely manner. The visit to the spa was relaxing and all rooms were well-maintained. The therapist was able to provide treatments on our individual needs. The room was beautifully decorated with a private pool and garden, this meant that we were lucky enough to have our breakfast with a magnificent sea view🌊. Overall a true five star ⭐️ hotel that delivers an exceptional experience to its guests. Well done Oberoi Team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wonderful hotel! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers everything you could possibly need. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to every request. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. We feel very comfortable here and would like to sincerely thank the entire team!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Oberoi hotel in Turtle Bay. We came to Mauritius celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, The staff could not do enough to make us happy and looked after. Our check in process was so slick and smooth, no waiting at desks. The service during dining was spot on. The food was very tasty and well presented. We stayed breakfast only. The hotel decor and style is beautiful. The fauna and flora in the grounds amazing. We had a lovely view of the mountains. The activities were enjoyable. We did the group painting, wine and rum tasting. We enjoyed playing tennis, the gym and spa. We did kayaking and the glass bottom boat. Shout out to the whole wonderful team with special mentions to Sidarth for his lovely service by the poolside, and Rabin for the rum tasting, and Prakash for wine tasting.

The service is amazing! We truly feel a luxurious experience. Checkin was done at the room, dining was great and the breakfast is amazing ! Beach food also is good. The whole vibe of the hotel is great, we truly feel relaxed.

A funereal atmosphere pervades the whole complex, Fawlty Towers like service ( either embarrassingly obsequious or haughty or dismissive) Questionable hygiene standards ( ducks swimming in the pool, water bottles not sealed like other hotels in the country) Barely concealed misogynistic attitudes towards women (?!!). Breakfast was a disaster closely followed by dinner in the main dining area. Lunch & dinner at “On the Rocks” was delightful in contrast to the above. We were considering a vacation to India staying in sister hotels but will look elsewhere because of this experience
