Heritage the Villas

Heritage hold its name deep down in its roots, from the modern and luxurious villas to the core of Mauritian historical sites in the south, style of living, its warmth, its welcoming, the caring for their customers are no equal to other hotels i’ve personally checked in. Every staff knew what had to be done and pushing beyond what was required. This was Admirable! We did not expect that! Ms. Charlene took the guest relationship to a whole new level! Stephanie and Pritesh did the same as well. We must not forget the phenomenal Nicolas at Heritage Awali! This guy could make your day even if there was a funeral! 🤣 To say that Heritage the villas is, to me, one of the best in terms of FULLY-equipped villas, amenities, response time, customer service, caring, loving, polite and patiently waiting for your requests! ‘’Those people never sleep !’’ The shuttle service was awesome!!! I am personally fond to think that their surpassing for client satisfaction made everyone’s day over the last weekend! The Heritage team is a phenomenal! Thank you loads for what you did for mum’s 60th birthday! 🙏 We will come back! Jeffrey.

Our stay was truly amazing — surrounded by stunning nature and warm, welcoming people. A special thanks to Mr. Samy, the shuttle driver, for his kindness and helpfulness throughout our visit. The privacy was exceptional, and the property is vast, with beautifully maintained golf courses all around. We also really enjoyed the food at C Beach — it was delicious! The only minor inconvenience was the presence of some wasps near our pool, but it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful and peaceful stay at Villa Valriche. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the place. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the golf course and the surrounding nature. The private pool and spacious layout made it feel like our own little paradise. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the amazing service—especially from Adarsh and Dhanraj. Adarsh was so attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and offering great tips on things to do nearby. Dhanraj welcomed us with warmth and professionalism that really stood out. They both went above and beyond, and their kindness added a very personal touch to our trip. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Adarsh and Dhanraj made our experience feel extra special. Thanks to them, we didn’t just feel like guests.we felt truly cared for. It was one of the most relaxing and luxurious holidays we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a peaceful, private escape in Mauritius, we can’t recommend Villa Valriche enough. And if you’re lucky to meet Adarsh and Dhanraj, your stay will be even more special. One thing we feel could be improved, especially for families or groups, is the golf cart arrangement. Since there were five of us and the golf cart only seats four, we had to make two separate trips every time we wanted to go to and from the main area. The ride is quite long, so having a larger golf cart or an extra one available for bigger groups would make the experience much smoother and more convenient.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with smiles, exceptional service, and genuinely helpful staff—all dedicated to creating the perfect setting for a fantastic vacation. A special mention goes to the thoughtful gesture for my mother-in-law’s birthday. A simple note in our booking led to a delightful surprise: cake waiting in our villa’s fridge and even a heartfelt birthday song at reception upon arrival. We were amazed by how much is included across the various hotels on-site. The freedom to explore—wandering from pool to pool, snorkeling, visiting museums, and discovering countless activities—made the experience truly unforgettable. The complimentary shuttle bus service within the hotel area made it even easier to enjoy everything without hassle. Without a doubt, this is a destination worth recommending!
