Hôtel loin de tout chambre poussiéreux et bec des lézards partout piscine Sale jamais nettoyer petit dej répétitif 7 jour avec le même menu et repas très cher éviter de manger dans cette hôtel aller sur grand baie c’est bon et moin cher

Prachtige omgeving. Mooie strand en verschillende zitgelegenheden met comfortabele strandstoelen/banken. Ruime suites. Elke dag hele leuke en goeie entertainment. Groot aanbod aan gratis wateractiviteiten. Het is beter om all inclusive te boeken. In de omgeving zijn er geen restaurants en supermarkten. Wij hadden halfpension en daarnaast nog apart de lunch geboekt en apart drank betaald wat wel heel prijzig was. Hele goeie service van de ober Pawan en hele aardige baliemedewerkster Chitra en de manager. Service van Pawan was uitmuntend! De manager had er voor gezorgd dat wij als gasten gehoord en tevreden waren plus hij bood ons ook nog aan om op ons laatste dag ons kamer te verlengen. Daarnaast gaf de manager ons het gevoel dat wij gehoord werden ivm een aantal ongemakken, hij luisterde naar ons en nam gelijk aktie die hij de volgende dag met ons deelde. Goeie 4 sterren hotel. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The entertainment team were very professional, helpful, and always available to guide us with a friendly attitude. Their dedication made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The barmen were equally impressive, polite, attentive, and always serving with a smile. They made sure every drink was perfectly prepared and created a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Their service added a special touch to the overall experience. A big thank you to the entertainment team and the barmen for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Les personnels et les animateurs points forts de l hôtel. Big up a Kevin et Maeva. La rivieria avec ses portions généreuses et une saveur excellente. Pour un 4 étoiles en all inclusive, en rapport qualité prix , c est très bien.

Just returned from a family trip at Ravenala Attitude. It was for 22 of my family members for 7 nights to celebrate my 40th and I am glad I chose this hotel. Had the pleasure of dealing with Roma since check in and she kept checking to ensure we were all happy throughout the stay. We had family rooms and couple rooms so about 10 rooms altogether. Everything was clean and well laid out, rooms are a great size. The facilities are fantastic and we ran out of time to explore everything. We joined in aqua aerobics, evening entertainment, played tennis and volleyball and most days just chilled under the palm trees by the beach, the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff are friendly and work really hard to make you happy. Special mention to the entertainment team, Maeva, Kevin and Annishka, they kept our teens and ladies entertained and fit. The aerobics and salsa night were a hit, thanks aldo to the dj for playing our songs! We made group reservations for dinner at The Bistrot, O Beach and Madame Ming for all 22 of us, service and food was fantastic especially at Madame Ming, you have to try it. I forgot the names of the team on the day but thank you so much. Thanks to Kreshan also for managing the bookings and dealing with any food/ beverage queries. We had so many pina coladas and cocktails of the day from the main bar and the beach bar, all really good, the main guy that always served us quick was Raju, thank you. In summary, the hotel was great value for money on the all inclusive deal, no fight for sun lounges, loads of activities for all ages. The buffet had a lot of variety each day and the A lacarte restaurants were fantastic and easy to reserve. Beds were comfy, nice hot power showers and peaceful to just chill on the balcony at sunrise. I am surprised it was not busier - we would definitely return.
