If you like to off road, this is the perfect place for you! Located just past little blue, you have three different trails to connect into the park. Tons of parking. Older home with lots of charm. New stove, fridge, beds, and washer and dryer. The well water smell has been fixed.
The house has a queen bedroom downstairs, and a queen and full up in the loft. Cabin next to the house has a queen and full bed.

Location is amazing and convenient and the fire pit was lovely. Only complaints are there were dirty pans in oven and neither one of the black stones were well taken care of or would work.

Peefect for rock crawling
Perfect place to stay while at Disney. Instant access to rock crawling without going through town, close to town if you need anything, huge yard for kids to play.

Awesome location
We had a fabulous time spending time with family. Using the fire pit for smores. The cabin occupied all of us comfortably. Well equipped. Communication with the owner was perfect. Michael was quick to address any of our needs!

SxS trip
Great location for our ATVs. Trails are right there by the property and the ACs are extremely cold so it sure helped with the hot weather there. Owners were very helpful from start to finish. No complaint from any of us that stayed here.

Extra room
Ride directly to the trails! House is in good location for any riders. A little well water smell, owners were very attentive when we needed something.

Great stay
Had lots of room to accommodate everyone very comfortable beds. Great showers very clean. Air conditioning works really great. Property was very well maintained. Easy access to the trails. Highly recommend staying here.
