"The hotel is situated in a stunning part of Westport with free onsite parking(car park is quite tight to move in). The rooms are nice and fresh with stylish bathrooms. Breakfast was very busy but I did go for breakfast at the peak time. Overall I was very happy and would return when in the area."

"Checked in Saturday Evening with thomas all went smoothly and was v quick. Thomas took a behavior deposit which was to be refunded at check out which was fine. The following morning I land down at reception at 9.25 to see it is closed. I await patiently. After 15 mins of waiting I ring the porter number twice with no answer. I have to continue to wait for a total of 30 minutes before a girl who was sitting in the kitchen area chatting carelessly opens the reception door . She could clearly see people were waiting to open the reception to get their deposit back. She had no interest in doing her job just talking to her friend . She showed no regard or respect for people. Disappointing behavior. Eventually I got into reception to collect my deposit. Room was clean but very noisy."

"Absolutely stunning place near Ashford castle with access to castle garden. Nice activities, like walking with the dogs in the morning. Cosy room and excellent service, really felt Irish hospitality here. Great a la carte breakfast. A bit pricey, but worth every penny, 100% recommended"

"Stayed in September for a mid week break with Husband and baby. Hotel was well presented, staying in the suite, it looked very impressive on arrival. Super view! Not as clean as one would expect, a dirty sock from a previous guest under the coffee table, false eyelashes on floor in living room and a dirty tea spoon on the cups in tea station. Super king mattress sages in the middle, may not bother most but it's not hotel quality. Baby cot mattress very hard and could feel the support bars underneath, baby wouldn't lie down until I put two pillows and a blanket under the mattress as a barrier. So this may need a small materess on top. The white linen sheet is not going to make that comfortable. Caroline in bar who served our very delicious dinner was very kind, and friendly dispute being under pressure when we arrived. An extra body would be helpful there. Mid week seems quiet so A great time to get basics and standards right 😉Overall good hotel but needs more attention to the basics here, hygiene in bedrooms (stern chat with accom team required!) a toddler could eat an set of eyelashs and I don't want to think where the sock could have been before I put it into the bin 😱Hoovering between guests is an absolute essential. Having worked in a accom in the past, I can spot when things are being left undone. This shouldn't let a good hotel down."

"Stayed here for one evening along our road trip of the west coast. The room was modern and clean and a nice space to relax and the en-suite was very nicely fitted out. We had an evening meal in the bar/restaurant and breakfast the next morning, food and service was excellent. Not sure why the person in the next room set their alarm for 06:30 and left it on snooze for the full next hour. Really?! "

"بقينا لمدة 2 ليال في The Wyatt. فندق لطيف، يقع في وسط المدينة، مع وقوف السيارات. لديهم مطعم، بار / صالة، وحانة مع الطعام والموسيقى الحية. يقع الفندق بالقرب من وسط المدينة، ويمكن الوصول إلى المركز في غضون بضع دقائق. وكان الافطار جيداً جداً .. فأنهم يجلسون عليك .. ولديك خيار من القائمة كان اختياري للفندق بسبب الموقع أولًا ثم السعر والمستوى. فهو في وسط منهاتن حيث جميع ما يحتاجه الزائر أو السائح. الغرف كانت جيدة ، كان لدينا غرفة في جناح ديلوكس ، الذي فكّرت فيه: "واو ، لقد حصلنا على ترقية!" لكننا وضعنا في غرفة يعاني من عجز ، وهو أمر لا يهمني. الغرفة نفسها كانت عادية ، لكن الحمام كان مجهز بنعال للكرسي المتحرك. الإفطار كان جيدا ، كان هناك كثير من الطعام الحلال ، ولكن كان هناك دائما الكثير من الطعام. شخص لم يعجبني. لا أعرف لماذا وضعونا فيه عندما قمت بالحجز في يناير ، وكان هذا في يونيو ، ولكن كان فقط 2 ليال ، لذلك اتضح جيدا. بشكل عام ، فندق لطيف وأود أن أوصي به."

"Stayed for one night as we were attending a surprise party locally. The price for an overnight stay is not the most competive we have found but the breakfast being included is a nice extra. Although we didn’t have a great deal of time there, we have eaten and drunk there before with absolutley no complaints. The room we had was a bit of a walk from the recption and was overall adequate but looked a ‘little tired’. The shower was very hit and miss on temperature and power. However, for an overnight stay the room as a whole was clean and acceptable. The breakfast that was included in the price of the room was a buffet with enough choice available. One aspect we didn’t understand was when you see the staff to check in at the counter, they ask if we wanted Tea or Coffee then allowed us to sit where we wanted, only to forget to bring the drinks! We weren’t alone in this happening, maybe just wait till people are seated before asking? The staff were very friendly and accommodating as usual and we would almost certainly revisit if the need arose."
