The staff and owners were so helpful. Communication from the time of booking and paying a deposit, through to the friendly and genuine welcome were the best. The hotel is a top wellness hotel, and our stay measured up to expectations. A frequent traveller friend from our viliage in England still ranks the Elisabeth Hotel as the best she has stayed at. The fresh local food, and extensive wine list made every meal memorable and satisfying. The best is the genuine smiles and welcomes from the whole family and all staff members every time you met them. The massage was truly enjoyable and prepared me for a hard week partying with #snowbombing. The Saunas and steam rooms relaxed every muscle after a long day on the slopes skiing and apres skiing at the Snow Park or Pils Bar. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you again next April.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel Adults Only, idéalement situé à Mayrhofen. À notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis, avec un verre de bienvenue. Nous avons cependant regretté que l’on ne nous informe pas directement pour la Guestcard qui permet de nombreux rabais, dont les remontées mécaniques, ceci était peut-être dû à la barrière de la langue (uniquement anglais ou allemand). Pour information, à l’office du tourisme il y a une dame qui parle français et qui nous a très bien renseignés. Notre chambre, 225, était magnifique, spacieuse et très confortable. Elle était située dans la nouvelle partie de l’hôtel. Cependant, s’il vous faut un miroir grossissant, il faut en demander un à la réception car celui de la chambre est vraiment très mal placé, à moins de mesurer 2 m. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était bon mais un peu répétitif, par contre les omelettes étaient délicieuses. Le repas du soir était également très bon. Le premier soir, un vendredi, à 21 heures il n’y avait personne au bar pour nous servir, alors après avoir patienté 15 minutes nous sommes partis. Nous n’y sommes pas retournés. Le spa est vraiment très bien, hormis le jacuzzi qui a de la peine à s’enclencher même en pressant à maintes reprises le bouton. C’était un très bon séjour, malgré quelques imperfections à améliorer surtout au vu du prix du séjour. Un dernier regret qui nous a beaucoup surpris pour un hôtel tenu par une grande famille, aucun d’entre eux n’est venu saluer alors que ceci se fait ailleurs (nous avons fait de nombreux séjours en Autriche)

It was our first time at this hotel and in Austria. We stayed on the 22nd Feb for 1 week. We were recommended by our friends to hotel Elisabeth as they have been twice before and we could not fault it. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded. Great first impression. Spotlessly clean, great meals, excellent spa and the most comfiest bed. If I could mention anything negative it would be how hot the hotel was and the fact we had to pay for water at tea time, when you could get it free with breakfast....made no sense whatsoever. Overall a great skiing holiday, perfect location, lovely hotel, staff very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend. Thank you
