atmosfera rilassante ed evidente pulizia oltreché odori particolari, soggiorno davvero gradevole, ottima colazione

Hotel datato, arredo classico e non di qualità, pulizia mediocre, letti comodi, stanza spaziosa ma a piano terra senza zanzariere abbiamo ritrovato insetti in camera dopo aver aperto per arieggiare. Biancheria super datata e obsoleta anche se apparentemente pulita. Discreta la colazione e varia, hotel dotato di piscina ( non pulitissima) e aperta fino alle 17 che per noi in Sicilia è appena pomeriggio…scarsissima disponibilità del personale a venire incontro ad esigenze anche semplici per i bambini. Scarsa anche l’offerta “pranzo” da poter consumare al beach bar e anche lì spiccava la scortesia e la quasi totale mancanza di garbo da parte della signora addetta a prendere le comande. Non ci tornerò assolutamente!

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Caparena fue maravillosa. Los jardines del hotel están hermosamente diseñados y cuidados al detalle, aportando una sensación de tranquilidad y belleza en cada rincón. La pileta, amplia y bien mantenida, fue perfecta para disfrutar y relajarse después de un día de paseo. También queremos destacar la atención en el bar, donde siempre nos atendieron con amabilidad, rapidez y una excelente disposición. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos más destacados: muy completo, con productos frescos y una gran variedad para todos los gustos, servido en un ambiente relajado con una vista encantadora. Las vistas al mar desde el hotel son realmente espectaculares, y tener acceso directo a la playa hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. En resumen, un lugar ideal para descansar, disfrutar y dejarse mimar en el entorno único de Taormina.

Tres bon hôtel mais restaurant très médiocre Tres bel établissement, parking très apprécié, bon petit déjeuner avec un choix varié. En revanche le restaurant de l’hotel est particulièrement médiocre : au dîner à la carte poisson et poulpe surgelés, sauce et accompagnement manifestement chauffés à la va vite au micro ondes, pain rassis, ensemble pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4*, particulièrement décevant et surprenant par rapport aux autres prestations de l’établissement.

We loved the room, especially the big bed and the balcony overlooking the sea. Hearing the big waves crash in was magical! Breakfast was very good too. The only reason really I’ve marked it down was an incident on our first night there, Saturday 19th October. We had arrived very tired and were planning an early-ish night so had switched off the light around 10pm. However at this time the music from the event outside started and was very loud. We spoke to reception and they agreed to shut the door to the venue but said that it wouldn’t change the volume much. They told us this was common on a Saturday night and that the music would go on to midnight. We retuned to the room but the music was if anything louder and the door had clearly not been shut. We then asked to speak to the duty manager and Michel Strienza came to talk to us and his attitude from the outset was aggressive and belligerent and he was rude to us, telling us that the hotel was full (when it clearly wasn’t), lying that the music wasn’t loud and it would only be half an hour until it finished, in direct contradiction to his desk staff. He was the very definition of arrogance and rudeness before he stormed off. It is one thing to have music playing on a Saturday night, but it should be at least advertised to guests that it’s happening especially as the hotel website is all about having a relaxing break. It is a completely different thing to be rude to your guests. He needs some extra customer service training.

We kregen een upgrade naar een junior suite. Prachtige grote kamer met grote badkamer en balkon. In de ochtend prachtige zonsopkomst, het uitzicht is echt heel mooi! Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en een shuttlebus naar het centrum. Personeel is ook erg vriendelijk. Kortom, een aanrader!

Very, very bad! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The location is bad - between the highway and the railway, Wi-Fi is so weak that it would be better to say there is none. Coffee for breakfast is terrible, food is poor and low quality. The hotel is definitely not worth the money!

Resort style hotel Yes the hotel is dated - but everything else over compensates ! The hotel is genuine beach side with a lovely beach area and pool area for guests. Tranquil garden setting that is so relaxing. Every room has their own garden or balcony and rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing ! The free shuttle to Taormina at all hours is so handy

Weird cruise ship vibe! The private beach was great and was really the only reason you’d stay at this hotel. Although you got harassed by people selling stuff who wouldn’t take no for an answer and you need to pay 3 euro for a towel. The beach bar had VERY limited food options and there isn’t a bar by the pool (perhaps this hotel is pitched at elderly cruise ship types who don’t want cocktails by the pool). Breakfast was below average. Mostly pastries and cakes that were frozen. Issues with the Wi-Fi connection. Shuttle bus - limited service, generally on time but it does leave early sometimes. The driver also dropped a lady who could barely walk at the top of the hill in the dark and I asked if he could drop her at the door which was ignored by him and then he drove down past the door to turn around anyway. Very random shuttle bus service as some nights they would drop you at the door. It you take a taxi to town it’s 20 euro. Definitely can’t walk into town. It’s over 4 kms and you can’t actually walk on parts of the road so it would be unsafe to do so. Overall the hotel was average. Guess it depends what you are looking for in your stay. I definitely booked the wrong hotel.

Muy recomendable opción. Volvería sin dudarlo Fue todo perfecto. Cama cómoda. Habitación súper grande y baño con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. El desayuno espectacular. El servicio en la habitación muy bueno. Servicio en la playa genial. Chiringuito muy bien atendido. Check in rápido y nos permitieron acceder a una mejor habitación. Le bajo la nota solamente por el wifi. Solo anduvo bien en el looby. En la habitación nada de nada. Deberían mejorar este aspecto y sería todo EXCELENTE. Dato adicional para que la nota sea 9.80/10 fue el servicio gratuito para estar en 5 minutos a pasos de la Puerta Messina de Taormina.

Paradiso Struttura fantastica,camera ampia vista mare stupenda e pulitissima dotata di tutti i servizi. Colazione ottima ed abbondante,idem la cena Personale gentile e disponibile,parcheggio e servizio navetta perfetto!! Consigliatissimo 😊 Ritornero' sicuramente... Un hotel da 5 stelle

Disappointing overall experience We were very excited to stay in Caparena hotel before we arrived. The hotel seemed very nice in the pictures. The reality was something else. For a room that's over 200€ / night, it was a huge disappointment. The room was very outdated. The air conditioner was either non-existing or too cold. The main source of light was broken. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom flodded when taking a shower and it looked like a hospital bathroom. There was no view from the room and it was really dark. The hotel itself was pretty okay and well managed, especially the outdoors. However we were a bit amazed about the quality of the beach bar, with no table service and salads served from take-away bowls. We chose not to dine at the hotel because of this. However we did go for a drink and dessert to the hotel restaurant later and were greeted with arrogance and no desire to serve us. The waiters weren't friendly and ignored us most of the time. Breakfast was pretty sad for this level of hotel, with not too many options. We were prepared to give all this feedback on spot, but nobody cared or asked how we've enjoyed our stay, not even at the check out. The hospitality wasn't there. Only positive things were the private beach and free shuttle service to Taormina. By far the most underwhelming hotel experience we've had in Sicily, wouldn't recommend with these prices unfortunately.

Très bonne découverte Très bon acceuil et conseils. Navette gratuite de l’hotel qui permet d’aller au centre est top. Bon buffet. Cadre sympa.

Wedding trip My husband and I attended a wedding at this Hotel. The place is beautiful! There is a shuttle to take you down town. Food at the wedding was amazing! Breakfast buffet was very good.
