Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane

先是告知我們一群人的預訂少了一間房，堅持要我們自己打電話給代理商（攜程），甚至跟酒店確認我們已經被扣/付全款，但是仍然不願意給房間。在將近一個鐘頭後，才先給我房間。然後藉由網路才跟攜程取得聯繫！ 酒店非常的死腦筋！ 房間的隔音有待加強。 早餐很咸。

Just not happy about the incident that happened on my second day at the restaurant

Location is good. Walking distance to a mega grocery mart but I think they closes at 1900hrs. Walking distance to nandos and kfc. Service is really good. Wide spread of breakfast. Safe location. Overall one of the very good stay and experience from my entire trip and most luxurious one!

The hotel is very modern, stylish, clean, all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and rooms are comfortable. My experience here has however been marred by some nagging issues. The smart key to open the door got systematically deactivated and i had to go back to the front desk to reactivate it. in two weeks perhaps i had to go back 7/8 times. They said it is a IT issue. WIFI gets a time disconnected. You have your phone on, it gets disconnected, you do not realize and you miss calls and messages. The log in procedure is cumbersome. you do not need to enter just a password but address telephone email etc. Finally, once i went back to my room, in the evening, they had removed the bed linen but they had forgotten to add the new ones.

The hotel is about one hour away from the airport and is 5 min walk from a small plaza and some shops. We had a great room on the curvy part of the hotel. It was very spacious, new furniture, comfortable bed and all the facilities you would require. There is a bar and restaurant both providing snacks and full meals… both of great quality. The breakfast is an array of many options to suit most people. The hotel says that breakfast starts at 6am but they are not always ready at that time.. give them an extra 15 or 20 min if you want to check all options. We had a few day trips arranged through the hotel using their cars and drivers… the drivers were very courteous and polite (Wonder and Andile).. they were on time and flexible. Our trips from and to the airport were a different story. We had arranged for an airport pick up through the website chat. There was no one at the airport as whoever took the booking didn’t make the necessary arrangements. After making contact with the hotel, a car arrived an hour later! On departure, a car was not ready at the agreed time. We were initially told it would be ready in 5 min, then in 20 min. Anyway we did get to the airport in time for our flight. Our overall stay in eswatini and in this hotel was very pleasant and all staff were courteous and helpful.
