Newly renovated 2 bedrooms villa with a lovely private courtyard. Courtyard also has outdoor shower for your convenience in summer days. Walking distance to beach (3min), trendy restaurants and Coles supermarket(3min). Close to all but at the same time very quiet street with a native trees and birds. Also 18 minutes drive to St. Andrew’s back beach and 15 minutes drive Peninsula Hot Springs . If you enjoy bike ride or golf look no further. "First of all, the location selection is directly related to my itinerary. Before we stayed, we went to the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and drove here. It only takes 20 minutes. The next day, our trip is to go to the magic garden on the top of Arthur Seat National Park. It takes 15 minutes, so it is very convenient for us. The hotel equipment is a bit old but it is enough for us to live comfortably. It is a good experience."

"Really nice view, you will be able to see the whole coastal line. The place is clean. Check out is slightly earlier compare to others. The real downside is the water is really small which makes the shower uncomfortable and cold."

"We had a short staycations there but sadly the weather was gloomy, so quite hard for us to see a great view during the day. Will recommend everyone to go and pay the visit during spring or summer time. Self check-in with info provided by the owner or receptionist upon arrival via the apps, which is fantastic!
Things to improve: No face towel and hand towels provided, but only bath towels & bath mat. Fireplace required firewood, but there’s none. Not sure if it’s included or we have to buy it.
Overall, smooth check-in & check-out process & great facilities."

"It was a perfect trip. The owner Jason and his family were very enthusiastic. We had a BBQ together in the evening and experienced a real Australian barbecue. The hotel has a very good sanitary environment, the venue is very comfortable, and the bath towels are also very soft. Parking is available at the door of the room, which is very suitable for self-driving. There is a lawn at the door, which is also suitable for bringing family and children together."

"The hotel is very close to the road and the noise is loud. I didn't sleep well at night. The bathroom insulation glass is not very strong and can move. It is not very safe. But it is only a ten-minute drive from the hot spring. I have seen hotels of the same type nearby, but they are all close to the road."

"The staff member was lovely and helpful. Thank you. The unit/cabin was newly built and perfect for my needs with kitchenette items, TV, nice sitting chair with cushions, a nice painting and lovely sized bathroom and shower. However no WiFi and there was No reception which was hard as I needed to work and plan my trip today. 12 hrs no phone access felt like a sentence?"

"Auberto was very welcoming at check in and most helpful with providing recommendations for dining, as well as sightseeing and what to do in the short amount of time we were staying.
Rooms were clean and beds comfy.
Communal room with pool table and kitchen facilities was an added bonus and great extra. If we had stayed longer we would have made use of the BBQ too. Pool looked nice and clean but too cold to take a dip.
Staff made us feel very welcome and happy to help in any way they could.
Right across the road from the beach which was fabulous.
I highly recommend the Rosebud Motel and would definitely stay here again!"
