Recently showcased in the Getaway section of the June ‘24 issue of Texas Highways Magazine! Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Heart of Texas house. A renovated home with a patio, a large yard for dogs, and no neighboring lots. A park is located behind the house that offers a track for walking or jogging and a full size basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Heartoftexas Main areas mostly clean and comfortable like beds,furniture, towels, microwave, table, chairs, etc. Seems like a quick cleaning job between guests though. A couple of left behind used items (towel behind door, toy truck under chair) and mud on patio furniture, butter and crumbs in refrigerator). Oven door wouldn't seal closed to keep oven on and working. Overall, it was good enough for us and our pets to visit family for a few days. Plenty of room. Would likely stay again.

Great house We enjoyed meeting up with our adult children and having plenty of room to relax and hang out. Bedding was so comfortable. Nice backyard as well. If our travels bring us back to Brady we would stay here again!

HOT good place to stay Property was as described. Clean, neat, and easy to find. Not on Main Street and not in noisy neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and host was very easy to work with.
