We stayed her for an overnight stay on our way to South Dakota. It wasn't a planned stop but worked out well. The hotel was clean and was typical of the Hampton Inn brand. Breakfast was good. There were fast food restaurants nearby if you needed a quick snack. Would stay here again if needed.

Great check in experience. Front desk person was very professional. Lobby was welcoming feeling. Our room was roomy and very nicely furnished and decorated. Only negative about our room was the shower. The water pressure could have been better but it worked just fine. Breakfast area was roomy and the food was nicely presented as well as tasty. We would definitely recommend this property.

We reserved a suite because I have dietary issues and need a kitchen. Housekeeping failed to clean everything in the kitchen. Several of the knives, forks, and spoons had been used and put in the drawer without being washed. The dishwasher contained moldy dishes. There were only two paper towels left on the roll, and I had to go to the front desk and request another roll. Otherwise, the room was mostly clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very dark in the room. The electronic key worked once and never again, so had to get plastic keys from the front desk.

We got to our room about 9 and it was very pleasant and looked accommodating when we walked in. We didn’t have any adjustments or anything to make . As we got ready for bed I went to turn up the ac and found that the area by the ac was soaked! The ac was draining back into the room. I tried to call 2 times with no answer. I went down to the front desk and Jeffery tue front desk clerk acted as if he didn’t really care. I was told by him that the hotel was built in 2014 and that they knew about the issue and that it happens in All the rooms. He said it was being worked on but that I could prob changes rooms if he could get us one . Worst experience ever . No one ever came up and no one seemed to care . We will be staying at the Fairfield when we come to visit our son in college . That would be my advice to anyone else also

Not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn or Hilton location. The rooms were ok, but the bathroom design was one of the worst I've seen. Sliding door that doesn't lock, no exhaust fan, and no place to hang towels. Sign on the mirror stating that housekeeping would come every-other day, which would be fine with us. We stayed 4 nights, so expecting housekeeping there after our 2nd night, we left used towels on the floor so we could get fresh ones. No housekeeping service, so my husband had to go down to the desk to request new towels and a roll of toilet paper. We had NO housekeeping service at all for our 4-night stay despite what the sign said. By the end all our trash cans were overflowing, but that seems to be a theme for the hotel. No one emptied the cans downstairs during breakfast (they were overflowing every day we were there, except our last day when we ate right as the breakfast service started) or the one outside by the front door. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

Not what I expected from a Hilton property…. Lewis checked us in and out the following morning. He barely spoke and didn’t even welcome us. We were not asked for photo identification or a credit card. Upon check out, he told 2 male guests to have a good day and thank you, We were handed a printed copy of our bill and Lewis walked into the back room. He is representing Hilton and is not doing a good job of welcoming guests. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Lewis was the worst part of our stay. Retrain him to welcome guests and be pleasant!

I want to tell you - this hotel never disappoints! We arrived late and was greeted with a room already assigned and key cards ready. Clean - clean - clean. I am nit-picky but can never find a thing out of place or not satisfactory. Rachel the GM goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Housekeeping and breakfast attendant are super friendly. The outside trash receptacle stayed empty and well taken care of. Nothing disturbs me more than walking up to a hotel entrance and seeing overflowing trash container under the drive through. Restroom in common area - spotless. The hotel smells fresh and inviting.

This Hampton is located about 2 blocks west from I-135, thus all the rooms are quiet. Friendly staff, great room. Free HBO - that's a plus. Good breakfast buffet. Will stay here again.
