Cozy, newly renovated, 3bed, 2 bath, single story home in Ballantyne. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with walking trails, a pond, and tennis courts. Fully fenced in backyard, Pets are welcome! ($50 Fee applies per pet, per stay) -3 minutes to Ballantyne -5 minutes to Pineville -20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte...Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium, Discovery Center (great for kids!) and Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Center -15 minutes to Carowinds -Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs) My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte! I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet.
