great hotel, beautiful interior, spacious room and bahtroom, complete bahtroom amenities, fast internet, great selection of full board meals, strategic location (5 minutes walking from Masjid Nabawi), helpful staff. it's also surrounded by restaurants and shops. the only thing that disappoint me was the hairdryer. it's automatically off every 30-50 seconds of using and couldn't be on right away. we asked to one of their technician(?) and he said it's just the way it is. the hairdryer will on again every other 1-2 minutes

Stayed three nights, came at check in time, given room immediately. Room: small, after placing king bed, no space, furniture show wear n tear. Electronic control had issues, could not close the window curtain. Also poor noise insulation. Toilet: small, a bit dark, commode flush had problems but manageable. Hot n cold water inconsistent. Bangladesh room service guys were very nice, insisted on giving me many bottles of water as it was fasting month. Offered to clean room and change bed sheets daily. Food: had evening breaking fast meal/ dinner, it was extensive buffet, but manager and senior guys from North African/Egyptian guys were not doing anything, not welcome guests etc, they just sat and had dinner. Nobody came to clear plates. Food was replenished regularly. Location: five minutes walk to gate 338, very good location for women guests. Need to cross two busy roads. Not the greatest value for money, but Ramadan rate is tolerable.

The best ever service by the Ruve Hotel. Everything was good specially Mr Saiful Islam gave us the best ever service. Very cooperative and intelligent staff he is. Our room no was 205 from 20 August to 31st August. He is from Bangladesh and posses very good qualities of hospitality in Madina hoteling. He must be promoted against a senior position.

Good location, rooms average at best, but extremely dissapointed that personal valuable and money went missing from our secured room safe! After complaining to staff who were insistend NOT to call the police, I refused and went to my room to make a call to the police and miraculously found some of my valuables back in the safe, but the money was still missing! Management and staff need to take a long hard look at themselves, working in a holy city and activing oblivious and stealing peoples personal possesions/money. I will not be returning to this terrible hotel again!

Had a pleasant stay at Rove Hotel (18-21 Jan) as part of our grp tour. Close proximity to Masjidil Nabawi and offers a variety of food selection for buffet dining. Room looks dated otherwise, decently clean. Had some problems getting the TV & kettle to work, but technical staff on duty (18 Jan) responded really quickly, even at 2am! Special mention to Mr Syafiullah & room service team @ Level 11 who is always onsite to offer fresh change of towels, mats & water. Grateful with the team's attentiveness & impeccable level of service!
