Un hôtel bien propre avec un staff très accueillant,professionnel j’y étais déjà en octobre pour la 1ère fous et j’y suis retournée parce qu on m’a fait vivre un bon séjour.litterie haute gamme des oreillers bien adaptés pour moi bref une chambre pour 4 personnes on y était 3 et c était très confortable spacieuse. شكر خاص للاستاذمتعب صالح على مهنيته

Located very close to Al Masjid an Nabawi, which we then reached on foot in a few minutes, this hotel, popular with pilgrims who arrive here with large buses, has a very small underground garage. We were unexpectedly asked to pay for the parking, in addition to the cost of the room. The garage is on three underground floors with only two parking spaces per floor (the lift arrives on each floor anyway). The maneuver to turn the car and then go up the ramp and exit is a bit complicated given the narrow size of the car parking. Do not go down the ramp if you have a large car or are not an experienced driver. Check in could take some time if you arrive in conjunction with a pilgrim bus as happened to us. We had a very small room, with stained carpet, even though the bathroom was a regular size. The breakfast was not included in the room price and because of our departure in the early morning we didn't make it. The check-in staff was always friendly.
