Can just say these guys are fantastic and I would completely recommend this hotel if you have dog…they will go out off there way to make the most pleasant stay..please don’t ever do yourself harm in going anywhere else …I couldn’t recommend anyone higher and the most fantastic hotel staff ever…I’ve stayed at a lot places this beats it

A very disappointing hotel. The shuttle service is essential to access the village and ski slopes. At times the wait time was 45 minutes in the cold and wet. Drive times could also be 45 minutes and completely unreliable. Drivers are also valets; when they have other duties they are unavailable to drive. This is totally unacceptable. A long fire alarm one day with no fire alarm procedure and no information/guidance from the staff. A very limited daytime food menu. Restaurant opens at 19:00h with no early food for children.

Very dissapointed with our stay overall. The shuttle service was extremely bad. We had to wait everytime 1 hour out in the cold for the van to either pick us up from the mont d’arbois or from the town. They only had two small vans for 150 hotel guests and the van was always full! The hotel was completely understuffed. The restaurant service was also very slow. Housekeeping the same. The only positive was the nice decoration of the lobby area and that thet room was relatively spacious.
