"The room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine.
It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert."

"The room is very big, and the hotel upgraded the lake view room for free! The scenery is super good! You can see the snow-capped mountains above the lake, but the weather is bad and you can't see the sunrise and sunset. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very delicious, but the price is a bit expensive."

"The location is very good, very close to the lake. The check-in front desk will assign people to different levels of rooms according to your reservation. The cabin we booked has a shared bathroom and toilet on the same floor. If you register as a single person, you must find out whether you will be given a single bed less than one meter wide, regardless of whether your reservation information indicates a double bed or twin beds. It may be because of the high cost of land in the wealthy area. There is a bar downstairs in the cabin. You can't eat there without reservation. There are many luxury cars around for vacation."

"It’s so beautiful that you don’t need it. . The last picture was taken from the balcony. Simply heaven. Definitely book a lake view room. Otherwise, don't stay here. Because there is nothing around this house. . You read that right, there is nothing there, just some small buildings belonging to residents. There are no shops within two or three kilometers. Fortunately, the hotel provided plenty of drinks and we had dinner at the hotel. Needless to say, the service is very, very good. Let me talk about the shortcomings. The bathroom is too small, and the bathroom has a voice-activated light, which means that it will suddenly go out after taking a shower. It is scary when it happens suddenly. You have to open the shower door to light it up again. The door of the room It opens outwards, which is rare. These two items are very poor design."

"The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available."
