Mandav Heritage Resort

I had booked valley view room but it was instead very dirty view with heap of cow dung and tabela only. However receptionist accommodated us in pool view room which was really good. Good food and courteous staff.

I stayed on this property food was terrible the food i ordered had stones in it they have a huge menu but taste is terrible or sometimes they don’t have it staff doesnt know the dishes morning breakfast have uncooked food. I dont have it

The location and amenities are good but needs a lot of improvement as far as food quality is concerned

Would have given a 5-Star Rating - but for a few Cons, I decided on a 4 Star. First the PROS - 1. Lovely Large rooms, Clean linen, Nice toiletries, tea and coffee in room, TV, Small refrigerator. 2. Excellent and helpful staff. 3. Large well maintained lawn, pool. 4. Balconies and sitouts ( We were in First floor cottage rooms in the old wing) 5. Good Alacarte Lunch/Dinner (vegetarian only) Now, the CONS - 1. Breakfast spread can certainly do with improvement. Pretty sad. 2. Wooden Furniture require Termite Treatment 3. Shower curtains necessary - bathroom floor get wet. 4. Coffee table glass top missing (room 110), creaky front door (room 109) 5. Piped music in the restaurant - something livlier would definitely be welcome.

You can get better option at this amount paid by me

In mandav heritage hotel, they mentioned "room with private jacuzzi" but unfortunately this is absolutely wrong, it's a simple pool with old, uncleaned and chilled water, they do not have warm or hot water facility in the same. In the name of room with private jacuzzi they are making fool to the people actually. We are extremely disappointed with such wrong information and actually they are taking extra money from their guest by providing such wrong information. Indirectly and unfortunately makemytrip is also a part of such wrong information becuase makemytrip did not cross checked such information and booking the room.
