Small, beautiful residence "Villa Greta", 3 storeys. 1.5 km from the centre of Meina, on the lake, on the beach, located by a road. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 06.Jun.-30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace. Room cleaning on request (extra). Airport transfer (extra). Motor access to the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, railway station "Meina" 2.2 km, shingle beach 20 m. Nearby attractions: Arona 2.5 km, Stresa 15 km, Orta San Giulio 19 km. Please note: car recommended. Private mooring (extra) on request. Residence with electric gates. Buona posizione per escursioni nella zona, appartamento grande e funzionale. Pulizia. Parcheggio privato interno. Piscina aperta anche se temperature non adeguate per usarla. Vista sul lago bella e piacevole.

Wir hatten diese Villa für 6 Nächte gebucht. Nach Ankunft wollte ich eigentlich nicht bleiben, doch am Ende wollte ich nicht abreisen :) Das schönste an der Villa ist der unsagbar tolle Ausblick vom Balkon über den See auf eine Burg! Unsere 2-Etagen Unterkunft hatte 2 sehr schöne Marmorbäder, auch die Küche mit Steinplatte war top. Das Schlafzimmer/Bett sehr in Ordnung mit Fenster zum See. Ansonsten leider tatsächlich der Eindruck von abgewohnt und renovierungs- und reinigungsbedürftig, insbesondere der Balkon. Der Strand ist sehr naturbelassen und ruft nach Pflege, doch haben wir auch hier einen Platz gefunden der uns dann sehr gut gefallen hat. Poolbereich/Rasen gepflegt. Das größte Manko dieser Unterkunft ist jedoch der Straßenlärm, der die Ruhe am Pool stört. In der Nacht hatten wir kein Schlafproblem damit, da wir die Fenster und Türen nach vorne geschlossen hielten. Für uns hat diese Lage direkt am See mit dem grandiosen Ausblick und der Tatsache, dass man hier mit Hund urlauben kann alles andere übertrumpft :)
