Clean & tidy with comfy bed. Shower lacking any power. Staff friendly/helpful. Pub over road for afternoon/evening meals. Greggs next door (wouldn’t recommend). Plenty of parking. Would happily return. Bus route within walking distance. Half hour free WiFi. Excellent value.

Perfect stop and great location for getting about. Staff great too . Air conditioning also welcome in 30 degree temperatures.

One night stay to visit some places of interest in the area. We will be back to see more and will stay at this hotel the next time.

Had a great stay will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean I didn't have any issues with noise and the bar over the road is very nice too nice pint and very friendly staff.

The Manager and Supervisor were very helpful especially as I arrived later for check in. They continued to be helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and airy and the bed was very comfortable. I did not experience any noise even as the lodge was extra busy due to half term.

great hotel in a really convenient location for the local areas. Starbucks, pub and lots of electric fast car chargers so a good place to top up for onward journeys. The app wants the review to be minimum 200 characters.*******************

An excellent Travel Lodge, clean and comfortable. What made our visit exceptional was the receptionist who looked after our car when the boot was left open. She went above the call of duty! We would like to thank her so much. Great location with Greggs next door and a good pup opposite for an evening meal. Fairly quiet location space to walk the dogs and easy parking. Would certainly stay there again.

We just needed a base for a few nights…wasn’t particularly cheap and didn’t opt for the breakfast but room was clean and bright (bit of a damp smell so opened the window), bathroom clean too. Cups weren’t replaced in room but just rinsed in bathroom and able to replace tea/coffee etc from reception. Staff welcoming and friendly. Places to eat nearby…so served its purpose very adequately.

very comfortable stay at Melksham. staff were very friendly and helpful and room was ideal even though it was 3rd floor. lift was always available and fast between floors. plenty of parking and easy to register the car to make it free. food outlets are very close by so plenty of choice
