"The price is ridiculously inflated; the hotel seems to have spent all its money on the public areas, which are impressive and have a great atmosphere. The rooms are on par with 800 RMB resorts in Southeast Asia. For this price, there are no double sinks, no smart toilets, and while there is a bathtub, there are no bath salts. The pool is beautiful, but there's no water bar or towels available; you have to bring your own. There isn't a single drop of free water in the entire hotel; you even have to pay extra for water at the restaurant's buffet, which is quite shocking. Secondly, regarding hygiene, food wrappers are left uncollected from morning till night in the seemingly beautiful public areas, and there are food wrappers and stains in the sofa crevices in the lobby bar. The breakfast selection is limited and the food is unappetizing, but considering the limited supplies on the island, it's somewhat acceptable."

"Villa del Conde is a gem and amazing hotel, with huge rooms and plenty to do. Great location near multiple popular beaches and its hidden treasure is the Spa. Highly recommend it for solo travelers like me, or couples looking to be pampered."

"موقع الفندق، الغرف، خدمة الغرف، وجبة الإفطار جيدة جدا. كان العشاء (بوفيه) مقبول. أول حجز في لا كارت كان جيد، وثانيا تم إلغاءه في وقت سابق من المساء (المطعم مغلق؟) رغم ان الغرف لم تكن نظيفة، عموما أنصح به. ولكن كان من الملاحظ أن المطعم لم يتم غسله بشكل كامل في الغالب، لذلك للأسف خصم نقطة."

"Beautiful rooms Lovely personal check in experience Food was varied and plentiful, drinks were good and all staff were lovely and friendly The building is stunning and super clean We were vaccinated for 1 Al a Carte when here for 6 days, the Japanese restaurant and experience were fab We enjoyed the evening shows and super friendly bar service The infinity pool area was so peaceful and pretty Lovely coastal walk to Maspalomas and the Sand Dunes I just wish we had been told and knew that the All Inclusive finished 12pm on our last day, as we were not being picked up until circa 7:30-8:00 Reception said they will make this known for future guests I wish we had longer here"
