"Everything was great! Great costumer service! Great breakfast! Clean & nice rooms! Would definitely recommend & stay again soon! Thank you Trip.com for the great recommendation!"
"Very nice hotel that is on walking distance from Beale street. They have swimming pool inside, but no jacuzzi, even though I saw it on one of the pictures when booking. Breakfast is ok. Parking is $35 a day."
"Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality."
"It's within walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum and the route is easy to find (I used a taxi at night).
The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby.
Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room.
Breakfast service includes bread and lots of fruit, but no vegetables. The waffle maker is fun."

"The room facilities are very good, very good, quite comfortable, I may continue to stay here next time, it is the best place to visit Beijing subway, very good. We feel that the hotel is a good place to stay"
"This hotel is OK. It is a few minutes from the airport and there is a dollar store nearby. There is basically no food. So don't expect it. The hotel has a shuttle bus, ready to go, breakfast starts at 6:30 in the morning, but he also let us eat at six o'clock in the past."

Great
GGuest UserGuest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer.
GGuest UserOur family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good.
Was in a good part of Memphis.
MMark DuncanThis is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍
GGuest UserThis hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserOverall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.
GGuest UserMy experience was great. The service was awesome. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The amenities on the bathroom sink looked to be reused. The lotion bottle was filthy, with what looked like food stains. They was what appeared to be a juice stain in the bathroom floor, and there was hair in the bathroom floor. Other than that everything else was good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.
TTony HamerI had a great time peaceful I was able to get some great sleep and the room was very neat and clean smell fresh the staff members were very polite I loved my stay at the hotel
BBerryMichelleThe hotel have some good and bad advantages. They need to hire some more employees that cares about the hotel not just getting a pay check. They didn't have any good but vending machines. Some not all of the staff is helpful and they need to learn how to clean.
