"🌟Highly recommend the Century Empark Grand Hotel in Montreal! We stayed for three days and were upgraded to an executive suite. What a surprise! ✨ The view from the 13th floor is incredible! 🌃 The panoramic city view is truly breathtaking. The room was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully decorated. It was so comfortable! 😌 I absolutely love the breakfast! The buffet has a huge variety! 🥞🍳🥗, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I wanted to try everything and was completely satisfied. 😋 The service was excellent, and the upgrade was super quick. The entire experience was fantastic! 💯 I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I'm in Montreal. A five-star rating is a must! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!"

"The cleanliness of this stay was terrible. There were three pillows outside the room when I entered. I don't know if they did a room check. I scanned the QR code to complain and asked them to clean it, but nothing was done."

Qiushuiyuan Hotel

"The hotel is located in Qiushui Garden, a small garden-like setting. The ambiance is impeccable, complete with two black swans. The garden is divided into two sections: accommodation and dining. Since it's often used for banquets, cars can't drive directly to the accommodations. Unfortunately, it rained the day we visited, soaking us for a while. The service is definitely better in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai at this price point, but for a place like this in northern Anhui, it's worth it. Overall, I'm quite satisfied."

"Regarding this place, I think my experience is the most genuine. I stayed there for about ten days during the Spring Festival when they first opened. At that time, I thought it was a hidden gem, great value for money, and highly recommended. Last year, I stayed there for six or seven days as well. The feeling was the same. This year, the price has gone up, which is understandable, it's a problem with their operating model. The front desk treats you differently depending on whether you have a membership card or not. When I called to report a problem, they didn't follow up and just let it go. There was no hot water in this weather, and I tolerated it when I showered at 11 PM. But when I showered at 7 AM, there was still no hot water. I called and they told me to let the water run for ten minutes. I did, but it was still cold. They said it wasn't peak shower time, etc. I'm speechless at this way of solving problems. The previous two years, I never encountered this problem, no matter the time of day. Also, most of the guests were from out of town, and they seemed to be trying to rip me off. I just bought a membership elsewhere, and they told me I wasn't a member and wanted me to pay extra to get one… Don't try to be clever. At this price, I could easily find another place that wouldn't be any worse. For the same price, I'm extremely disappointed with your place."
