The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, even recommending local delicacies and sightseeing routes. The room we stayed in sadly smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the stay, even after opening the windows and using the air conditioner as suggested by the staff. Also, even though we stayed for two nights, they locked us out of our room at 12 pm after the first night, despite their checkout time being 2 pm."
