Worst hotel service I've ever stayed in. It's service! ! ! We were the only ones who checked in at the front desk. A middle-aged woman couldn't handle it for a long time, but finally a young man came and did it in minutes. When checking out, the deposit is paid by credit card. We were on the highway at the time. The hotel called and told me that my credit card payment password was needed. Only then can the deposit be refunded. This is the first time I have encountered this situation on Ctrip for so many years. In the end, I went to customer service to get the deposit back. Bad review! ! ! '

房間乾淨整潔，設計新穎，寬敞明亮，服務人員專業、熱情周到，房間的服務設施智能化高，細節到位，比如：護手霜、洗漱用品的配置，彰顯管理者的精細，性價比高！周邊環境也很好，出行方便。在酒店兩天沒有偶遇楊總，在此以一個母親的身份給楊總一個建議：咱們酒店經營管理的很好，就不要消費貴公子了，酒店的經濟效益不能和貴公子的未來相提並論。如有不妥當我沒説。

超級好，比五星級酒店的房間還大，完全出乎意料。蒙自籍奧運冠軍父親開的酒店，地理位置非常方便，離州政府和南湖公園都很近。酒店規模不大，但是房間非常寬敞，乾淨衞生，也很現代化智能化。實話實説，和五星級酒店沒有什麼區別，甚至更好，但價格卻實惠多了。服務也非常好，服務員都熱情周到。正好在大堂遇到奧運冠軍的父親，很健談，也非常親切熱情，推薦我們去吃飯的飯店太好了，讓我們吃到了本地最地道的河口菜。再加上這個酒店如此實惠的價格還包早餐，早餐裏面有蒙自正宗的菊花過橋米線，太好吃了。下次有機會來蒙自還會再來住這家酒店。

良心酒店誒，五一期間沒怎麼漲價，設施新，房間大，衞生間也不小，乾濕分離，熱水大且温度穩定，洗澡很舒服，早餐過橋米線湯也很鮮，吃早餐時遇到了老闆娘，奧運冠軍的英雄媽媽，聊天也很愉快，棒棒噠👍

第一次到建水縣旅遊，在攜程網上發玩這家民宿各方面都不錯就過來了，老闆是位年輕人熱情好客，有求必應，民宿從裡到外乾淨舒心，裝飾佈局都優雅，有賓至如歸的體會。早餐品種多適應各地人口味，交通方便，身處古城鬧中取靜，休息的很好。下次再來建水還會選擇這家。還幫助大家介紹建水縣特產代辦快遞很是方便。
