"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is a large property with all the perks of a big resort—like an aquapark, multiple pools, and great entertainment—yet it still manages to feel cozy and intimate. Even with full occupancy, the hotel was quiet (!), and there was absolutely no "sunbed war."What we loved:The aquapark: Very fun and attractive.The architecture: Low-rise, guest-friendly buildings. The tiled roofs, green shutters, and matching curtains create a wonderful, charming atmosphere.The downsides:The bathroom: It is definitely in need of refreshment.The food: Typical, average all-inclusive buffet.Overall, our stay was a big plus. "Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel, booked through TUI. We had a great stay and the hotel did very well. The room was very clean, one of the cleanest we’ve had in the Balearics, and everything was modern which was nice. We had a balcony with a view of the marina, sea, and the lighthouse. Absolutely no issues with the room, however one day we lost water for some reason, only discovered after I had put the soap on my hands, so had to use some bottled water I had purchased to wash them, but I went straight down and reported to the reception. They called maintenance to go and fix, and called to the bar to replace my bottle of water. After I got the water and went back up, the maintenance man was there and had just finished fixing the water, so despite that going wrong the service was absolutely phenomenal, fair play. Pool was okay in size, was never a problem, and the kids pool was good too, plenty of sunbeds especially around the kids pool, and we managed to get a cabana a couple of times too which was nice. The location is perfect to go on the beach, with the showers just as you come off the beach too. The entertainment was okay, we found it maybe started a bit too late (10pm) with only 1 act or activity, but I suppose it’s still May and at least there was something. We played pétanque one day, and my girlfriend did Pilates and aqua aerobics which she enjoyed. The male animation member, I can’t quite remember his name, was particularly good at the aqua aerobics and the quiz where he was doing it all in 3 languages so everyone was able to be involved! The drinks were fine, cocktails aren’t the best but adequate but the sangria was nice, and there’s no reason you can’t make your own cocktails. It’s a shame the softs aren’t delve service all the time not just during meals, but other than that we had no problems with bar staff at any point, all friendly and helpful. The food was probably our least favourite part, as we didn’t find there was much we liked, but we are very picky. We did manage to eat every meal and quite enjoyed most of it, we just weren’t blown away. It was acceptable and to be fair staff were able to answer any questions about the food, were attentive at replacing it or keeping it topped up. Some days some things ran out which was a shame, and at breakfast there was often a wait for pancakes/eggs but other than that no real problems. The fried eggs were done quite raw for me but the chef had no problems flipping them and cooking them a bit longer. If you go on holiday for the food then I would say there are better options than this hotel, but if you want cheap and cheerful then this is perfect. The chips are really nice which is good but unfortunately no pizza. We found it a shame that the snack time was so limited and you had to sit in the restaurant, other hotels we have been able to have chips/burgers/pizzas around the pool but no here. Overall I can’t really fault the hotel at all. We got a good deal on the price of t"

"لقد عدنا أمس من أول عطلة لنا في مينوركا. كان الفندق فسيحة وهادئة مع الديكور المهيب. كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومشرقة. تحت تصرفنا كانت جميع وسائل الراحة اللازمة. الموظفين ودية ومفيدة للغاية. ساعدنا الإفطار مع مجموعة متنوعة من الأطباق. كانت اقامتنا في غرفتين منفصلتين لأسرتنا كانت مساحه شاسعة ، اطلاله جيده وفعاله ، تخزين كثير للنشافه ، التكييف ممتاز والمرافق ممتازه ، يشمل الادوات الصغيرة مثل الثلاجة والقهوة / صنع الشاي . كانت غرفنا في الطابق الثاني في مكان هادئ ومواجه للدلافين. النظافة ممتازة وتنظيف الغرف كل يوم. كان البركة مذهلة. فسيحة وماء فقط درجة الحرارة الصحيحة. كان لدينا أطفال وأطفال وأطفال وأحب ان أشكرهم على كل شيء. كان لدينا غرفة في الطابق الأول، مع إطلالة جميلة على الحديقة. كان الطعام طازج وشهي وكان اختيار جيد من الاطباق القاريه والتقليديه منوركانيكيه. وكان الموظفون بمثابة النجوم للمكان. موقع الفندق ممتاز بالقرب من اماكن التسوق والمطاعم ومحلات الميناء. جميع من موظفين الاستقبال محترفين و نادلين و ودوديين في البار و المطعم و دائما مشغولين النظافة كانت رائعة لا يوجد شيء مزعج ابدا و جعلوا إقامتنا ممتعة و استرخاء . لقد أستخدمنا السبا والجيم بشكل يومي وكانوا مجهزين بشكل جيد. كان هناك الترفيه المعيشي كل ليلة للاستمتاع بها ولكن لم تكن صاخبة جدا ولم نتمكن من سماعها من غرفتنا. الشاطئ مذهل ومزعجة وتبعد مسافة 5 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام من الفندق كما كان من المقرر أن نغادر في وقت مبكر جداً في الصباح ، تم تقديم وجبة إفطار معجنة مع الساندوتشات والفاكهة الطازجة والمعجنات والمشروبات على طلبنا ، دون أي تكلفة إضافية. استمتعنا بشكل كامل إقامتنا وقضاء عطلة مريحة للغاية. لقد أحببنا الفندق مرة أخرى بسبب الموظفين ودية للغاية. يقع الفندق بالقرب من وسط المدينة ، وكما يقع بالقرب من المركز التاريخي. يمكن الوصول إلى المركز بسهولة في بضع دقائق. نأمل أن نعود يوما ما."
