"My second stay, if I return to Merano I will stay again. The staff is absolutely lovely, they’ll make reservations at the baths (the peel and wrap is a trip) and have spa bags (robe & towel) for rent, and I really like their single rooms (#209) - the balcony and hallway make it seem much larger. And the bedding is wonderful."

"This was our fourth visit since August of 2021and once again is amazing. Let's start with breakfast. Every possible fresh fruit from raspberries to figs all were terrific. Wonderful breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, etc. The staff is incredible from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping. The pool is very nice although it would be better to have the whirlpool a bit hotter. The spa is the best anywhere. I had the best massage ever and the beauty treatments my wife had were great too. We will be ordering the house made creams and oils. The Michelin one star dinner was also fantastic. The one very minor shortcoming is the variety of options for lunch and dinner when not dining at the Michelin star restaurant. The is as close to perfection as we have seen and the best place to relax. Not to mention the setting and all there is to do in the South Tirol."

"Four days worked miracles! I was really able to chill out at this wonderful hotel that felt like home. Spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool in a beautifully-kept garden. Both the Golden Spa and the Reception team deserve a special mention: thank you to Antije and Lorena for their expertise and to the two Saras and the Fuflers' daughter for their kindness and insight! As for food, excellent breakfast and interesting dinner menu. I'll be' Jack forca visit, stay assured!"

"This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the arrival until the end, everything was perfect, every wish fulfilled. The staff was very nice, we even got a softer materess or a breakfast to go when we asked for it! Morning yoga and evening meditations are included! The outside pool was just stunning, the whole area so relaxing. From the spa, we liked the infrarot sauna the best. In the mornings, we were presented a huge breakfast buffet and very tasty coffee. I would love to come back!"

"The hotel's surroundings are fantastic! 👍 The host is incredibly welcoming and provides excellent service; my family and I loved her. The hotel is a guesthouse with a fully equipped kitchen, so you can try your hand at cooking! Merano has a pleasant, cool climate. When I arrived at the hotel, it happened to be during one of the hottest days in Italy, and even in the comfortable town, the afternoon temperature was a bit high. The host even provided us with a fan, which was a big plus! 👍 A vacation in Merano is like a random surprise, but I was pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful time! 🥳 A truly worthwhile trip!"

"Quaint and beautiful old hotel in a residential area 15 mins from Merano centre. The rooms are a good size and clean and hotel facilities are very good. The staff were excellent, and a special mention for housekeeping who were very thorough and efficient. Breakfasts were superb, with everything you could imagine for a fresh continental, including fizz! The one downside was, that because the rooms do not have air conditioning, we needed to keep the windows open as it was so hot. This meant that noise was an issue quite late into the night, and early morning (particularly from the many motorbikes using the nearby road)."
