"The accommodation advertises that breakfast, coffee, and tea are included, but this isn't the case. The service left a lot to be desired. Guests were asked to move and behave quietly at all times, but the staff consistently turned up the volume on the TV. Furthermore, the bathrooms were anything but clean, and there was a constant lack of toilet paper, soap, etc. Everything in the capsule squeaked and made a lot of noise, the lights only worked partially, and it flickered constantly. Oh, and after the first night in the capsule, you were covered in bites (bites suggested bedbugs or something similar)."

"A good hotel in the heart of Mérida. The room was quiet, too. The service was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were plentiful. They offer free hot coffee in the lobby every morning. The WiFi worked great! There was an in-room safe. There was no hairdryer in the room, but that seems to be a feature of all local hotels. There's a local restaurant across the street. But it's better to walk to the Mercado and eat delicious local food there. We had a great time."

"・It faces a small square, is close to the cathedral, and has many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I don't feel uneasy returning late at night, but it does get lively late into the night. ・It's an old, beautiful building. The atrium and floor tiles are lovely, creating a great atmosphere. There's little lighting, so it's a little dark at night. ・The room is spacious. ・The sink is in the room. ・Hand towels are provided. No face towels. ・Only shampoo and bar soap. ・No hair dryer. Apparently this is due to a high rate of theft. I asked the maid for one, but she didn't leave one in the room. Instead, I was given an extra bath towel. ・No tissues. Cups are provided. ・The shower is attached to the ceiling."
