This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away. Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away. Our pictures show you some of our favorite places to go in the area. There is an electrical transformer in this neighborhood, behind our house if this is a concern to you.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Dogs only with additional pet fee. We had a wonderful stay, clean house, great neighborhood, provided necessay supplies for our stay, close to shopping, entertainment and everything else. We will be renting it again, reply from management was excellent within hours. Thank you again for a great experience in Idaho!

Amazing! The house was perfect and had all the necessities available to use. We were even able to park in the garage which we have never been able to do with a rental! Great place and would 100% recommend!

Nice place Bed in master was a queen and very firm. Would have preferred a king. Ended up moving to the third bedroom for a softer bed. Otherwise stay was comfortable.
