There is a bathroom with a bath / shower and another separate WC. The courtyard borders the sand dunes and has the most amazing views to enjoy whilst eating or relaxing outside. There is also a large lawn garden perfect for games and soaking up the sea air. There is a garage available for storage and private on site parking is available for two cars. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and sits right next to the sand dunes. The vast sandy beach and the town centre are just a short walk away.
