服務非常熱情。 酒店非常乾淨。 房間空間很大。 有一個免費停車場在酒店後面，有點難開，但是很安全。唯一缺點位置有點難找是在一棟公寓的二樓，要提前和酒店聯繫。

比較好體驗的B&B。轉輪渡當天選擇住在碼頭小鎮，這個家庭旅館有獨立的停車設施，比較方便。就是要用的門卡，鑰匙太多了，有點麻煩。其他方面，包括服務都非常好。

If I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting. The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks. The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me. Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3 I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

Super sted Pænt og rent sted og med en meget imødekommende og hjælpsom vært. Vi fik hjælp til booking af færgebillet og anbefalet en virkelig god Italiens restaurant i Messina. Egen gratis parkering i gården.

Una struttura molto accogliente, dotata di parcheggio privato da cui si accede direttamente. Ottima per chi ha difficoltà a deambulare poiché le camere sono tutte sullo stesso piano. Pulita, luminosa e con ampi spazi. Il sig. Giovanni ci ha accolti con simpatia e tanta disponibilità. Consigliatissima.

Very welcoming hosts and helpful in every way. It was very neat and clean everywhere. Nice breakfast and good parking in a closed area. There are many cars everywhere in Messina and parking on the streets which resulted in narrow roads around the hotel. Located close to the water and we had a view over the strait to the mainland. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Minutes from the ferry. Great friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful with a large room and good breakfast facilities, even though the breakfast itself was quite limited. We loved that it had its own parking and it made it easy to leave our car while we walked to different areas.

Do it yourself Chambre agréable mais climatisation plutôt inefficace et frigo ne fonctionnait pas. On ne voit personne a l’accueil, tout se passe facilement par téléphone

Wish I stayed longer! Giovanni is a superb host! Attentive, and helpful. The place is immaculate, spacious and comfy. Breakfast is a plus!
