Thanks to the efficient and nice staff of this hotel because I had a comfortable stay during my overnight layover in HK. This is an old hotel and is currently under renovation, but the room I stayed at was clean and appreciated the air purifiers in the hallways. Loved the location as well, because it was near my favorite shops and many cha chaan teng. 😊

Metropark Hotel Mongkok is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Prince Edward MTR station, though be prepared to carry your luggage up a staircase. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ricky at the front desk who gave a warm welcome. The room had a slight musty smell when the air conditioning was off, and the hotel placed multiple air purifiers along the corridor. It would be better if each room had its own. No complimentary drinking water is provided—bottled water costs HKD3 via vending machines, which is cheap for Hong Kong, but only local e-payments are accepted.

Room is small but clean. The hotel is dated and no frills but location wise, it's in the quiet side of Mong Kok so you can have a good sleep, also very convenient!  Within 10 mins walk to Mongkok MTR station and the busy area. Nice cafes and restaurant in the nearby street, big supermarket just opposite of the hotel. Very nice rooftop pool and very clean.

Staying again due to business trips, as always reliable. The hotel is strategically located and very close to the customer company. The lighting design of the room is very reasonable, the network speed is fast and stable, and the office is very efficient. The breakfast is rich in variety and can meet Chinese and Western tastes. There is also a free laundry service, which is too friendly to business travelers. It is the first choice for business travel. Xiao Huang and Xiao Xu at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. This time I came to experience the local special herbal tea at the hotel. Whether the environmental service or the dishes are beyond expectations, I will choose next time.

Convenient location, large parking lot, comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast, stayed in Taizhou for 7 years, wanted to eat another bowl of dried silk before leaving, but because the luggage was late to go downstairs, the dried silk was clipped, and finally the hotel staff gave me a bowl again, Tai satisfied! Must be five-star praise!

The room is really cheap and clean, but the room has a little smell, so the windows should be opened for ventilation. I am really happy that I can stay in such a cheap hotel at this price😲

I had great experience with this  hotel, all of the staffs are super nice and helpful , they even upgraded our room  for a  room with bigger bed for free as on my second visit i came with my 9 year old son thanks so much to ms. ruby their pretty receptionist.  And when we checked out their manager gifted my son a soft ice cream which made him  so happy and he will sure not forget shanghai because of  that act of kindness he showed to my son. 

I will sure stay in this hotel again when i visit shanghai next time.

If you are on travelling from airport either pvg airport or sha airport just take metro green line 2 and get down at east xujin metro station. Hardly 1 km far from there .
