6.2 Miles to Dreams Park. Embassy Hill is an exquisite home overlooking Cooperstown Village. Designed by Baseball Hall of Fame architect. The grounds contain old distinctive trees and a large outdoor terrace. There is plenty of room to walk and hike through the property. This home is on a quiet side road and sits back from the road with a large yard, making it very child and family-friendly. The large terrrace encourages guests to relax or dine in the refreshing quiet outdoor space. The highlight of this home is an amazing Great Room. It has a large fireplace, french doors leading out to the terrace and a decor that includes vintage furnishings as well as comfortable seating to enjoy the large screen T.V. The kitchen and baths have been updated with modern amenities. This center hall, colonial home has wood and tile floors throughout. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a covered balcony. Even better than the pictures The house was awesome for our visit to Cooperstown dreams park. We pulled up and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s big, in a quiet area, and close to the park and downtown. If you have a large group don’t hesitate to book.

Perfect spot for baseball families at Cooperstown Beds and pillows were great, plenty of room for our large group to be very comfortable, kitchen has every appliance and dish you could need, and host was super communicative and easy! Perfect location for downtown and Dreams Park. Couldnt ask for anything more!

Baseball crew Beds were all great, and AC Units cooled the bedrooms sufficiently plus acted as sound machines. We enjoyed the large island in the center of the kitchen, and kitchen was well stocked. Internet was spotty. There were many bugs/spiders in the house, bats/birds in the chimney, and a bear that got in the trash at night. It made for great stories.

Amazing rental! We can’t say enough about this house and the wonderful owner and gentleman who maintained the property. They were so incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our group - plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the outside area was amazing! Perfect for sunsets and cocktails! We’ll be back!!

Weekend Celebration We recently stayed over a long weekend and had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely beautiful and accomandating for a large family gathering. Everyone in out party had comfortable spacious rooms and personal bathroom. We enjoyed the grounds, the views, and sitting on the stone patio all weekend enjoying one another's company. It is a very private location, which we appreciated, yet not far at all from wonderful Cooperstown. Our host, Greg, was gracious and answered messages in a very timely manner. It was a very memorable weekend! Thank you!
