Sam and Tanya on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location was great just off the main trunk road with a lot of parking available. I have stayed here a few times as I work in the area from time to time. Rooms are clean and service has always been faultless.

Rooms were pristine and the staff were very friendly. Good bar area and unlimited breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will stay again whenever I'm brought to middlesborough on business again. Special mention to sam and Tanya for acting as my local tour guides.

Tanya and Sam were brilliant team members very welcoming hotel room was very tidy and the restaurant was really clean and had TV on with music which was very welcoming the car park had a lot of spaces loads of things to do nearby which is good when staying a few days

Looked ok but there was an extreme lack of customer service this hotel is in a very deprived area of Middlesbrough and is very difficult to find as for the staff they are rude they appear to have zero customer service skills while we where there we had to ask for plates and glasses at breakfast and more baked beans when these arrived they were not warm also I noticed that they also put up people who are homeless which just made me feel uncomfortable during our stay the rooms are very small especially the shower rooms which made me feel very Claustrophobic I struggled even go to the toliet if I’m honest if your your looking for a good hotel spend your money elsewhere and do not book here it’s awful

Samantha the manager is the nicest woman I’ve ever come across she’s so helpful with check ins and check outs always looks after us rooms are lovely are clean bar cafe is always a delight would definitely recommend to any one going and visiting the area thanks again

Fabulous stay for 3 nights free parking on site restaurant and bar serving great food and drink at reasonable prices good staff at reception and in bar they couldn't do enough for u our room was accessible twin on 2nd floor via lift room was clean and vibrant white bedding and towels desk 2 chairs tea coffee facilities and tv and clothes rail walk in shower and rails in bathroom for better support what u need for a good break away Good location for visiting middlesbrough or beyond we will definitely be back

Great customer service staff where very friendly ,breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from and the food on the evening was very tasty, rooms where clean and tidy comfy beds reasonably sized rooms and prices per night were reasonable and I would stop again
