Not only was this Guest House excellent value for money but the owner keeps the whole house immaculately clean. I was made welcome by the owner when i arrived and during my 3 night stay, and his breakfasts were excellent. This is definitely a lovely place to stay.

This is a fantastic bed and breakfast. Extremely clean. Very courteous host. Wonderful full English breakfast with cereals and fresh juice. Lovely large twin room on ground floor, with free parking on road. A decent area of town, opposite the park.

We got an exceptional welcome. The entire place was cheerful, tasteful, clean, and very well maintained. The room was by far the nicest we’d found in all our travels around Britain. Very quiet, and just a block from the lovely Albert Park. The included full English breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient. We stayed an extra night, because we felt so comfortable and well taken care of. No downside we can think of. Terrific value for money. This guest house has our highest recommendation.

First visit but am sure it won't be the last. We had a downstairs twin room which was very spacious, modern shower room very close by. Everything was spotless and there was even a lounge for us to use if we wanted. In the morning we had a lovely cooked breakfast. The guesthouse is in a nice quiet position with plenty of road parking. We managed to park right at the front door. No permit needed at the weekend. This was a very enjoyable one night stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely B&B. Look's very appealing on outside. Friendly owner. Clean room. Very large. Bathroom a stones throw outside door. Breakfast included. Got to check in early. Had a lovely nap after a long journey. Then took my son to Teeside Park for McDonalds and watched Despicable Me 4 at the Showcase. The next day got a taxi to Thornaby for my Dad's Memorial. It had been 30 years since he was Killed in action. Nice park nearby. Shop and takeaways too.

Quiet location and not too far from town. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean and well-provided for. The provision of a living room for the use of guests was appreciated. Breakfast was very good. Claudio was a great host!

we stayed here for 1 night for a concert. the guest house is spotless The couple who run it are very friendly breakfast was really nice, cooked breakfast, fresh orange juice, cereals too. Fresh coffee an Tea Location was perfect, 25 min walk to the Riverside Stadium. 15 min walk to town centre Great value for money Would stay here again

Friendly and good value traditional guest house. About a mile and a quarter from Middlesbrough town centre- taxi recommend from station. Breakfast served early (7-8am); simple and tasty.. Room recently refurbished, and shared shower - unlike too many similar places- actually worked properly!
