Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions.
The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is weird and could be plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable.
The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel.
Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important.
1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.
2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors.
Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.
GGuest UserThe Holiday Inn Express was finished not that long ago, it still has that new building smell. The check in staff was impressive with knowing your name when you were going out , and coming in and taking the time to chat on your excursions of the day. This Holiday Inn Express used the previous clients favourite restaurants put on a sheet of paper with ratings and address in town. The morning staff at breakfast were courteous and clean . Making sure all foods were taken care and kept warm where warm was needed, cold when cold was needed. All breads were stocked, with condiments completely stocked. All counters were kept clean, All seats were cleaned after use with tables wiped and floors cleaned. The rooms were very clean and spotless, The beds were fantastic Soft and warm, Air conditioning in room was awesome and kept comfortable, the washroom exceptionally clean, all towels soft and clean, with an extra set. We had the accessibility suite and had all the amenities for my disability. I would go back to this Holiday Inn whenever we are in the area again. AWESOME !
GGuest UserA hotel that has won many awards. The staff is friendly and the room is great. Breakfast is buffet style and rich in variety. From the whole to the details, from the lobby to the room design (including furniture, fabrics, lighting, etc.), the concept of design can be seen. It is one of the most tasteful hotels I have ever stayed at.
GGuest UserHotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was.
There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.
GGuest UserOvernight stay. Nice breakfast on site
Wish we could have taken advantage of beautiful resort like atrium with pool and hot tub and cream palm trees.
GGuest UserExcellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.
미미스터존버The location is good because there is a department store and Walmart right in front, and there is a ring road next to it if you use your own car.
The facilities are old,
and parking is free, but breakfast costs extra.
There is also a pharmacy nearby, so I hung medicine on the door of a friend who went with me.
GGuest UserI took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated
GGuest UserGood location, delicious breakfast, favorite strawberry yoghurt, downtown, convenient transportation, more than 2 buses, bus transfers can be freely transferred within 90 minutes and no cost, turn 90 meters to the left and there is a Chinese vegetarian restaurant One hundred meters is a Chinese restaurant with fish, meat, porridge, rice and noodles. 10 minutes walk from the train station, Covent Garden Market, river, Victoria Park, St. Peter's Cathedral
HHartcarolynSuper impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)
