Okay, let me start with the one good thing — the location is solid. Super convenient. But honestly, everything else? Big thumbs down. From the second I checked in, it was giving bad vibes. The receptionist was rude, and it just went downhill from there. The rooms? So dark. Like, even when the sun was out, it felt like a cave in there. The noise level was insane! I could hear stomping from the room above, nonstop honking, and full-on convos happening outside like they were in the room with me. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. They seriously need a new housekeeping supervisor or something. There was literally a ball of hair on the sink counter, the toilet seat had nasty yellow stains, the mirror was covered in water spots, and the shower? Mold in every corner. Like… has anyone ever cleaned that bathroom??? Absolutely not worth it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Zero non c’e’? Invitati per un evento abbiamo avuto modo di verificare il livello bassissimo di professionalita’ ed educazione del personale di questo luogo. E’ sempre brutto criticare e mi spiace, ma certa gente cosi’ incompetente non dovrebbe lavorare nemmeno in autogrill ( con tutto il rispetto per gli autogrill che danno un indispensabile servizio) Abbiamo chiesto nell’attesa di ordinare dal menu’ ma non ci e’ stato permesso,capisco le regole ,ma e’ ridicolo. Prendono soldi per fare eventi e non sono all’altezza di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Un ambiente di alto livello e’ tutt’altra cosa,e certi dipendenti in locali di alto livello non li assumono nemmeno per pulire i pavimenti,ma in Italia e’ tutto diverso ,classe ,educazione e professionalità sono merce rara. Beautiful hotel very badly organized The rooms and facility are beautiful but very sloppily managed. Just some examples: waiter at the table looks at other guests essence listening to me, gives me in my hand two open menus, the table is set while we are seated, starting with the tablecloth, wine ( very good) poured in the same type of glass in which water is poured, wake up at 6 :20 on Sunday morning because upstairs they move chairs ( I think to do cleaning) I wait a while and at 7 I try to call the reception but the phone in the room does not work. I go down to reception, they apologize, offer a discount on their own initiative but at check out the discount is not applied
