Excellent location. Minutes by foot to the Duomo. Diptique amenities. Quiet room. Sean provided excellent service prior and upon arrival. Throughout our stay he was responsive, helpful and approachable. Truly the gem of the property.

What a unique and exceptional concept property located on a beautiful and quiet side street just blocks from the Duomo. Check in was delightful thanks to Sabrina and our lovely room was beautifully appointed, clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend!!

I was there with my daughter in June for 2 nights. I'm glad that I found this lovely place. We booked a superior double room, it's a perfect size for 2 travellers with two suitcases. The location is great, walkable distance to basically everything in Milan centre. The apartment is very clean and tidy with air condition. Even they don't have a kitchen like airbnb, but you get a nice shared lounge area with free flow of soft drinks, coffee, water and some snacks. Sean and his college Sabrina they are very kind and super helpful. The building does have a lift, however, there are a few stairs in the entrance (like 4 steps) but it's manageable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a city break in Milan to stay here.

Great little property. A bit hidden down a small street but lovely place to sleep. 6 room hybrid Airbnb/hotel with a great host that assists along the way. Steps away from the most luxurious brera district. Sandwiched in between the most luxurious hotels with well appointed, decently sized rooms. Highly recommend for a no frills place to sleep.

We loved Crossing Manzoni. Property is clean, comfortable, updated, and attractive with many nice amenities. Excellent location, and I was particularly impressed with the service and communication. Check-in and check out, plus assistance with transportation to the airport, was easy. Every interaction was kind and professional. So glad we stayed here and I’d love to return.

Exquisite, small hotel in the best part of downtown Milan. Close walk to all of the great sites, but quiet and comfortable with understated luxury to relax in at the end of the day. Sean, our host was perfectly suited to his role. We look forward returning in the future.

Sean was very professional and attentive to any need we had. He provided great information on local venues, restaurants, and was very informative and helpful. The location was perfect for us, a five minute walk to the Milan Duomo, Monte Napoleone and Theatre alla Scalla. Perfect place to stay in Milan and perfect staff.
