Garibaldi Palace

I had initially booked a stay at Hotel Ritter in Milan for April. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling error on my part, I needed to change my booking dates. I understand that changes can be inconvenient, so I offered to pay a fee to accommodate my request. However, I was met with a disappointing level of inflexibility and indifference from the hotel staff. They declined my request without even attempting to find a compromise or solution. Their lack of willingness to assist and their focus solely on taking my money was disheartening. As a traveler, I value good customer service and understanding, which I believe are key components of the hospitality industry. My experience with Hotel Ritter has left me deeply dissatisfied. Losing 500 euros due to what I perceive as incompetence and greed is not the kind of service I expected. This hotel has disgusting customer service and from one can see from other reviews also , it is disgusting as a whole.

The hotel has a fantastic location for exploring the city of Milan. Great transport links for airport and trains, but everything is within reach by foot in the city from here. The staff were also brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, always smiling and friendly. However, the rooms were very basic, stained on the walls, needing decorating, very dark and bare. No drink making facilities or water. The shower was cramped and it was a very tight space around the toilet. I am a small woman, size UK 8 and I struggled. Me and my friend had over 6 bites each from staying in these rooms, we had seperate rooms with our partners. The breakfast was very sparse and limited, one of the two coffee machines were out of order both mornings. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it. The price only reflected the location not the facilities.

Fiquei com minha família no Hotel Ritter de Milão. Suas instalações são bem antigas e má conservadas. O atendimentobdos funcionários não é muito bom, os mesmos são um pouco "grosseiros". Café da manhã gostoso, com boas opções de frutas, pães, frios e bebidas.

Arrivés pour un court week-end à Milan, nous avons été très bien accueillis par les deux réceptionnistes dont un qui parlait très bien français. Ils nous ont expliqué les lieux à voir à Milan et ils nous ont enregistrés le véhicule pour pas que nous nous prenions une contravention (certaines zones sont limitées aux véhicules à Milan). La chambre était grande, silencieuse (nous étions au deuxième étage côté cour) et déjà climatisée à notre arrivée ce qui est très agréable en plein mois d’août. Attention cependant au petit déjeuner car peu de places si vous arrivez vers 9h, quelques tables en plus ne seraient pas de trop. Choix très varié et à volonté, pour les petits comme pour les grands.

Je n’ai mis que 4/5 car l’apparence et les installations sont un peu anciennes. Mais cela est largement compensé : Personnel adorable Emplacement idéal pour découvrir milan à pieds Large choix de bons restos dans les alentours au sein du génialissime quartier de brera

Está bien situado, el personal es muy amable y el equipamiento está bien. Sin lujos. Lo que se necesita en estos viajes culturales. El desayuno es tipo bufet y bastante completo. Quizás deberían incluir más variedad de fruta.
