He reservado una habitación con baño privado, y nos han dado una con baño compartido… indignante, para el precio que pagué. Después de las 10, para entrar de vuelta, tenías que llamar por teléfono y esperar a que vengan a abrir, en lugar de poner otro método de acceso más cómodo para todos…

Un hotel muy tranquilo y cumple su función. Nos alojamos en una habitación con una cama grande y un baño.

在米蘭市區華盛頓大街如此蛋黃區的地段，入住率低下跟素質低下的員工脱不了關係.會前台員工言語威脅顧客的酒店實屬罕見.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I think it's a great option for anyone looking to stay in Milan. My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view and a balcony - which was lovely. The only slight downside was that it was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which wasn't a big deal for me but could be tricky for some people. Overall, I was really satisfied with the hotel. There was a small issue with the payment that I had to sort out through the Trip.com customer service, but they were able to resolve it for me quickly.

the vibe is quite good there. People there were very nice to us.

horrible experience. we paid and couldn't sleep there. the room in was the first one on the left, was dark, bad smell, peeling walls, shower cabin with rust. We decided to pay for a better room and they didn't agree. The gentleman at the reception lost his patience, had an aggressive tone and spoke on the phone in Arabic, which made us leave disappointed and disgusted. Never again, i dont recomand.

Lautes Hotel, Außerhalb - Preis/Leistung schlecht Bei der Ankunft gab es Chaos an der Rezeption. Haben dann nach 30 min warten ein Zimmer bekommen - direkt neben der Rezeption. Es war unfassbar laut man hat jedes einzelne Geräusch vom Eingang gehört. Vor unsere Zimmertür wurde die Handtuchlieferung 7 Uhr am Morgen hingeschmissen. Unter dem Zimmer scheint eine Musikschule zu sein. Am ersten Abend spielte bis 23 Uhr unter uns jemand E-Gitarre. Bestellt waren zwei Einzelbetten, bekommen haben wir jedoch ein Ehebett. Das Bad hatte keine ordentliche Tür. Lediglich eine dünne plastik Falttür welche unten einen 20 cm Schlitz hatte. Im Bad gab es keinen einzigen Haken um Handtücher oder Ähnliches aufzuhängen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel leider überhaupt nicht. Zudem ist es eher weit vom Zentrum von Mailand entfernt.

Tutto bene La camera era sufficiente alle nostre esigenze. All'interno della camera anche una comoda doccia. Perfetto il condizionatore.
