Lion University &Youth Hostel Milano

it was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They charged me 10 euros just because I arrived late for check-in, even though there was no rule about this fee on the app or anywhere in the booking details. When I arrived, there was also no visible notice or paper explaining this supposed rule. The receptionist told me I either had to pay the 10 euros or leave the hostel and spend the night outside. He said they wouldn’t refund my booking either. He even threatened to call the police on me. I was a woman traveling alone, and it was late at night — it didn’t feel safe at all to be pushed into the street at that hour. He spoke to me very aggressively, raised his voice, and even insulted me. It was a terrifying and humiliating experience. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had, not just in Milan, but in all of my travels.

It was the best hostel in Milano , I had a great stay at this hostel in Milan! The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was perfect—close to transport and main attractions. Totally recommend it! You should definitely go

Er was veel te doen over deze boeking bij dit hostel. We gingen met 12 studenten en 2 docenten op uitwisseling en zochten een betaalbare accomodatie. We waren blij verrast toen bleek dat iedere kamer een eigen badkamer had die er keurig uit zag. De kamers waren schoon en het bedlinnen werd meerdere keren in de week vervangen. Er waren kluisjes op de kamers, airco, ramen konden open dus eigenlijk alles wat we nodig hadden. Iedere etage heeft een eigen keuken waar we amper gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Misschien kan de inventaris wat uitgebreid worden maar voor ons was t minder noodzakelijk. Wij vonden de prijs kwaliteit verhouding prima!
