Milan Central Station area Hotels

Good location very central to shops, restaurants, train etc. No Kettle, no tea, no coffee, no sweeteners, no cutlery, no complimentary water, no bathrobe, no hair conditioner. I came back from shopping and the glass shower door was removed from my bathroom and replaced with a plastic ugly shower curtain with no explanation from the staff. Very basic room for 4 stars

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

Good location, room spacious, but no drawers or shelfs for misc storage. Breakfast not much choice, food supplies very slow. At 8am, most cold & hot dishes were empty. Asking for more hangers, no response form house keeping.

The hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is considerably big. Clean and comfortable room. Location was about 5 mins to the Milan station. Check-in was fast but was given a double room instead of twin as per our request. Requested for a room change but needed to wait about 10 mins and was given a lower floor room instead. An all-in-one hair and body wash was attached to the bathroom and basin which was a little difficult to press to use. Preferred hair and shower to be separated and conditioner to be provided. Overall a good stay.

Great location. Super poor on sound proof for whole hotel. The noise from opening, closing doors. People walk in the room or corridor. You can hear everything. Never had a good sleep during my stay. WORST is dishonest cleaning lady, already told her not to clean my room. But somehow, someone came to my room and ONLY made up the bedsheet.  And I am 200% someone used my skincare products including eye curler..  OMG …  Will never wanna book this hotel unless it’s free.

The location is the best. The route from Linete Airport to Jungang Station is convenient and cheap, but the restaurant in this hotel is also good. However, since there is no desk and no place to enjoy coffee easily, you have to head to the station, which is also good because Jungang Station is a department store with good restaurants. Overall facilities are not the best, but they are not inconvenient. However, the fact that there is not enough place to rest and does not provide simple drinks is different from other Best Westerners in Milan. The cleanliness and quiet environment are excellent even though they are near Jungang Station. The hotel's elevator is very narrow and slow, so it is good to keep in mind, and water is provided only on the first day of stay, which is a very stingy part.

Splendid!!!!! I’m kinda wordless but just highly recommend this extraordinary hotel! It’s located at the center of Milan city center. 2 minutes walk to the central station. 15minites drive to the Milan cathedral and shopping district. Very good scenery at the restaurant patio on 7th floor. All the staff are too nice to believe. Greeting and smiling all the time, very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and macaroons every day! Issam and every staff from the reception is so helpful. Concierge and velvet parking are also fantastic! They helped me to mail the postcard, which surprised me. Although the hotel is pricy, I still strongly recommend and I personally ensure that I will be back in the near future. Love ya, excelsior hotel, and all people there!!!

Good location ( close to Duomo and shopping) and ok service. Breakfast was ok but not great. Could have some more variation of fruit and bread. Coffee was good though! Size of rooms was ok for being an European hotel. Nice restaurants around the corner.

Location: Very close to Central Station. Price: Reasonable when comparing with 4-star hotels around Hotel - The hotel outside looks old fashioned, but luckily inside looks fine. Similarly, the hotel room inside looks old fashioned, but big enough and reasonably clean. - Water pressure in bathroom is great - Fairly noisy since the window is towards the street. - Annex Double Room is opposite to hotel so it does not reception but the security looks good to me
