"The hotel's environment is fantastic, and the service is excellent. We booked a family room in Block A, and it was perfect for three people. The room has a balcony where you can feed swans and fish. There's also a small tent, which the kids loved. The hotel is surrounded by a lake, so you can easily spend a whole day exploring, and dining options are convenient. They even have a shuttle bus for the hot springs, which is very handy."

"I should have given a bad review, but apart from the front desk, everything else at the hotel was quite good, especially the floor cleaning staff, who were all very friendly, so I'll be lenient. The front desk service was truly indescribable. A young man surnamed Ji and two other girls who seemed like interns not only didn't smile during check-in, but the whole process felt like a routine, as if they didn't welcome me at all—extremely arrogant and unprofessional. The afternoon tea included in the package had to be asked for; otherwise, they wouldn't give it to you proactively. Even though they knew you only get one day's voucher for a two-night stay, when I asked for the afternoon tea voucher for the second day, they knowingly asked if I was extending my stay, then offered to give me another one. There was no apology whatsoever; it felt like they were just giving me charity. My goodness, in all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered such service at the front desk!"

"This hotel is located within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, and I think it's a great resort hotel. They have a shuttle service that readily takes you to the scenic spots and the hot spring center. The swimming pool is a standard size and fantastic, and the hot springs are also wonderful. All in all, my stay was a great experience. The only minor drawback is that Amap (Gaode) navigation isn't very user-friendly for getting there, so it's best to communicate with the hotel in advance for directions."

"شكرًا لكل طاقم الاستقبال وعلى حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة والترحيب بك من الرسيبشن 23/9/2026 بعد تسجيل الخروج الساعة 11 صباحا بتاريخ 23/9/2026 تم اجراء مراجعة ليدوين في هذا النزل بشكل غير متوقع ، تم عمل التحقيق بفعالية عالية من قبل طاقم المكتب الأمامي في عملهم وابلاغهم بان الأكل يتواجد حوله بطاقات سحب ، الغرفة غير مطهرة وغير نظيفة ، فرش السرير ناعم نسبيًا ، عزل الصوت جيدة جدا في الليل. تنام بشكل خاص بشكل مأمون. يجب أن تختار هذا الفندق في المرة القادمة التي أزور فيها المدينة"

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It's only 200 meters from the Dongfengyun Kaleidoscope, and they even have a shuttle that takes you there, so you barely have to walk – perfect for families with kids. The hot springs were another great surprise; with so many pools, adults can relax while the kids burn off energy in the larger ones. The room was very comfortable, and the bedding was fantastic! They also offer various classes, like yoga, that you can book. I tried one, and it was so relaxing. I'll definitely be back!"

"أقمت في منتجع ويندام الينابيع الحاره في كيليبرغ ، وقد شعرت بشعور رائع بعد دخولي للمنزل ، الغرف متوفره ويوجد سبا في الطابق السابع ، كذلك يوجد حوض سباحه للاستحمام والمنظر من الاعلى كذلك صاله رياضيه ، كذلك غرفة لغسيل الملابس كما قدموا مشروبات الغازية و عند المساء قدموا لنا رغيف فضّي ... خاصةً عندما مضى هناك اليوم ... مانسينا سحب بطاقة الغرفة الى مكتب الاستقبال ... وبعد الاتصال على طاقم Trip.. فقد قاموا بحل المشكلة وتم توفير الغرفة لي ... بالإضافة إلى مساعدة مدير الفندق على إرجاع البطاقة ،،،، لذا شعرت بخدمة رقيقة جداً جداً"
