"The place is calm and cozy sottoumded by nature with a beautiful view on the sunset. Moreover, the owner Chronis has been very thougtful and gentle with us throughout the whole vacation. He suggested location and places to visit. I would truly recommend to come here if you look for a modern, comfortable and tranquil location to spend a week or more in Milos!"

"The first night we were there, there was a shortcut in their electricity. Only two rooms were cut and ours was one of them. The manager didn’t seem to know how to fix the problem and said it wasn’t the hotels problem. In the end after about an hour of waiting they offered us another room, since we didn’t have air conditioning in +- 30 degree heat. The day we left we realized my partner forgot his I-watch in the room. When he went back he had to look for it and eventually found it damaged and broken, hidden in a bag. He confronted them and they said this wasn’t their doing and blamed me for being negligent and breaking my partners watch and not telling him, quite ridiculous. After talking to them they agreed to give him a compensation for our damaged goods. Overall the guy that worked at the counter (Panos) was friendly and gave us some recommendations on things to see and beaches to visit. But we won’t return here."

"We just got back from 7 nights in the House of Light at Phos Suites Milos. The unanimous 5 star reviews are right, this place is perfection! Alex provided the best greeting (and Arthur!) with a glass of wine after a day travelling and all of his suggestions were excellent. We have 3 kids and the House of Light had so much room, beautifully decorated. Pollonia was a great base for exploring the island, we loved staying there. The room is cleaned meticulously every day, beds comfortable, showers awesome, and the kitchen is fully equipped to eat in as a family. We loved Milos and Phos really made it perfect. Thank you Alex!"

"We stayed for 6 nights after arriving from Sifnos. The room was very spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. There was good balcony space to sit and view the port, but just nowhere to hang or dry our clothes. As there wasn’t really a reception, there was a contact number in the room to get in touch with for questions and help and were brilliant in helping us with some of our questions about Milos and trips etc. Our breakfast included option was provided for by a restaurant (Nostos) which was just down the road but the food was very tasty and a great range included to choose from."

"Loved Elements of Milos!! Owners are super nice, accommodating and helpful providing us with securing a car rental after we arrived, additional restaurants and beach clubs to check out and secured reservations for us. There are about 7 individual bungalows on property situated around the pool and every morning they bring a lovely little breakfast basket upon request. I found that the one story bungalows are the best layout. A nuance of the island to keep in mind is that you can’t flush paper down the toilets, so be prepared for room cleaning every day so they can empty the trash bins. Also do not drink the tap water…any where on island and do not be surprised if there are short power glitches during your stay….it is an island. Bungalows are newly built with modern convinces and are very clean. I would recommend Elements of Milos and would definitely visit again!"
