Hotel Route-Inn Kawaguchiko

Booked 2 rooms for 4 and was picked up by a friendly driver at kawaguchiko station. The room was sufficient for two but with big luggages could make it a little bit squeezy. Had a public onsen equipped with many amenities to make one feel fresh. Breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety for food. They also sell dinner buffet which is definitely worth a try. Location was it is right next to lake kawaguchiko with a nice view of Fuji (if it's visible). However to travel to other attractions like fujiq and oshino hakkai is a fair distance, but they offer a morning shuttle service to the station and a evening shuttle service back to the hotel which is very much appreciated

1. 房間與浴室門檻太高，每次從浴室和房間出入都好困難同好辛苦，建議酒店安排扶手，免得有不必要有意外發生。 2. 膳食方面，每餐菜式都差不多，建議安排有一半變化。 3. 有用私人溫泉，不錯！但有驚嚇，沖身時發現有很大蜘蛛，嚇到半死，最後自行解決，全程浸浴都一點不安，怕還有其他蜘蛛，建議當客人使用之前，職員可以先檢查溫泉一下是否一切安好。 4. 另外公衆溫泉去水位經常倒塞，引致沖身位置成水塘樣子。 5. 以上提議如能改善，那就完美了！下次再來都可以住得愉快安心！
